It would be great to introduce some sweets for children. There is a huge turnover in the service. It feels like there are new girls every day who don't know how to work with clients, which leads to barriers already at the checkout. From the moment of opening, the air conditioner drips onto the ramp for people with disabilities, it is very unpleasant and unsafe when children run along it, is it really impossible to put the phone down and take it away? Regular customers should also be encouraged in some way. The worst part is that you can only order through the website, you can't buy it in Yandex.Food.
