At first, they told me to place an order through a kiosk, and I agreed because I thought that this was the only way to pay with a Visa card. The receipt did not come out after the order was placed. I wanted to clarify whether the payment had been completed and whether the order had been placed, but the staff did not pay attention to me. One of the employees was just putting drinks in the fridge and ignored my question about the receipt and the order.
