I always order pizza from Dodo for delivery and hot pizza always arrives. We don't go to the cafe often, but the service is always excellent. Hot pizza, and most importantly delicious. A huge selection of pizzas for different budgets. There are promo codes and coupons for which it is really profitable, and not just for show.

The promotion in the shopping cart using the promo code "New" is displayed and applied. An additional pizza was added to the order. The courier arrives and says that we have one pizza. Q: How are these promo codes applied? If the person has already ordered, it should automatically show that this promo code is invalid! The mood was ruined. No one wants to recommend your organization!

The person on the issue did not give up, not goodbye, silently handed over the box and left. They didn't give me any napkins, and there's no hot water in the bathroom. About the piss-soaked toilet - it's already the visitors' fault. I'm not going anymore.

We went to the pizzeria yesterday, it was clean and cozy, but there was no service, only 2 tables were occupied, they warned us at the checkout that the pizza would be ready in 30 minutes, that they had a lot of online orders, so if people came to have a snack, they had to wait while they were preparing pizza for delivery, such an attitude towards visitors is unacceptable. Probably not interested in the visitors, a very unpleasant impression from the staff. It's clear that we won't go in anymore and we won't advise others.

One solid minus. I've never seen such a slow service in any dodo before. There was practically no one in the hall. Saturday evening. We ordered 4 small milkshakes. We waited 30 minutes. Horror. We went up to the cashier twice and asked where our cocktails were. After 20 minutes, we wanted to leave, but we were assured that everything would be fine soon. 30 minutes of waiting. It was no longer a milkshake, but some kind of snot. Liquid like regular milk. We waited 30 minutes to drink a cocktail in 2 minutes. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Management take action. If the staff does not have time, then it may be necessary to bring more people to the shift.

I often visit Vitebsk with my children and go to pizzerias for lunch or dinner. The Dodo is one of my favorite places, especially in the Trio shopping center, but which is not far from the Pyramid no longer exists for us, better across the street to the competitors or in the Trio in the Dodo. It's summer, it's a little hot, after shopping we went for a snack. We went to wash our hands, so there is no soap =( The order took a relatively long time to complete, but that's nothing. We always take 1 large one and the second one as a gift. And we always take four cheeses and the second one, as it turns out. This is really enough for two children and two adults. The last order was cheese and meat. Both the first and the second were not completed, somehow they were not finished, something was missing there. Everyone ate everything, told the cashier that it was like this, said goodbye and left, washing their hands without soap. - a star for soap - a star for pizza 3 out of 5 in this place, no more.

Nothing has any taste . On one side , the dough is dry , on the other , the sides are normal . It 's very strange and not clear . We were not satisfied !
