I don't advise anyone — they refuse to enter with a wheelchair! An absolutely outrageous situation: we were not allowed into the cafe just because we were with a baby carriage! The child was asleep, he wouldn't have bothered anyone, but the staff didn't even try to offer an alternative or show even a drop of understanding. Just a cold “you can't use strollers" and that's it. How can you treat parents with young children like that? This is not a concern for customers, but outright disrespect. The cafe, which positions itself as “cozy”, is actually closed to families. We will never return here again, and we do not recommend it to others.
