There's a girl working there. The screen said my order was ready, and I waited for her to find it. She didn't do it. I asked her in a pleasant voice where it was, but she just shrugged her shoulders and said rudely: "Wait" and left without any explanation (I waited another 15 minutes). I placed an order in the app, it was accepted, an hour later they called to say that the oven had broken down, the order was canceled, the money would be refunded within a few hours, no compensation or way out of this situation was offered, they said you can write in the comments to the order, there is no such option in the application After an hour of waiting, it's certainly not pleasant, we could transfer the order to another pizzeria or at least offer a coupon of some kind.
