The hall is empty, there are no other visitors besides me, but a very important friend was apparently in a hurry somewhere. He was really annoyed that I was thinking about the order. If I suddenly paused, it immediately sounded like "is that all? " And he said this phrase five times. I came to the Dodo after a New Year's quest in the app. I got a few discounts there, but I couldn't apply any of them.:(okay, there are discounts on shipping, but there were also discounts for ordering in the hall. But the young man repeated like a parrot that he did not know how to spend them. I will not say that I ruined my mood and reduced my loyalty, without comment.

Have a nice day. Because we were very praised for dodo pizza, we decided to change our favorite sushi and order pizza. After learning that pizza was being given for the first order, we happily downloaded the app, registered, and even secured the card because it was only an advance payment and you couldn't pay the courier. In general, we followed all the instructions EXACTLY. As a result, the selected pizza was delivered without a gift. It's a shame.We decided that it automatically works when registering, because there was no indication anywhere what to do. Of course, it's our own fault, we should have studied the site...but we were sure that when ordering online, when you enter and fill out so many things right down to the card number, at least somewhere there is a guideline - enter something to get something... The instructions took us to online payment with bank confirmation, with the card code, but they did not specify the way to the gift) They called the receptionist, the girl said that somewhere there was a memo to a new guest and it was their own fault... That's probably true. But there are simply other examples, so we didn't study the site, trusting the institution.

My last visit to Dodo Pizza, unfortunately, did not meet expectations. To begin with, the service left much to be desired. The order was ready very late, and I had to wait much longer than the promised time. In addition, the staff did not seem particularly interested in helping, and communication with customers looked formal and cold. As for the pizza itself, it turned out to be quite mediocre. The dough was too thick and stiff, and the filling was meager and featureless. The cheese was barely noticeable, and the tomato sauce was too sour. As a result, the taste of the pizza turned out to be far from what I expected. It feels like the ingredients were not of the best quality or they were saving on the filling. Besides, it wasn't too cozy in the hall. The tables and floors did not seem to be completely clean, and the noisy atmosphere did not contribute to a comfortable stay. This place clearly needs to improve both service and product quality. Unfortunately, I hardly want to visit Dodo Pizza again after such an experience.
