Two medium - sized pizzas had crooked sides , as if they had been crushed or crushed , and also where it was indicated without onions , onions happened to be , and one pizza apparently burned somewhere while cooking , it was not possible to enjoy the food , the pizza had to be given to the guy, and the rest of the pieces were simply cut off and thrown away .But the next day, the administrator of this particular point called, Dodo began to apologize and offered a discount as an apology (they should have sent a personal message to the phone number), in general, no discount , no good holiday, no delicious pizza.

Very long wait and disappointing service! Today (Saturday, City Day) I ordered only one medium pizza and was extremely surprised that it took as long as 30 minutes to prepare. When I asked about such a long delay, I was told that "delivery is a priority." Such an explanation is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a client waiting on the spot. The situation in the kitchen only confirmed my fears: on such a busy evening as Saturday on City Day, I counted only three chefs. They worked as slowly as possible, took their time, and spent most of their time chatting casually instead of concentrating on cooking. There was a complete impression of inefficiency and lack of customer orientation. The feeling that the staff simply cannot cope with the flow of orders or they are completely indifferent to the waiting time for customers. If it takes half an hour for one pizza, and priority is given only to delivery, then on-site service loses all meaning. I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend visiting this place, especially during rush hours or weekends, if you do not want to wait endlessly and watch the unhurried work of the kitchen.
