I want to warn those who are going to order food here. The establishment has become frankly disappointing. I've already encountered the same situation twice: I order pizza with a drink, but the drink just doesn't arrive. The first time they didn't deliver the juice, they corrected themselves at least within an hour, gave me a ride and apologized. The kvass was not brought the second time. The courier promised that he would deliver it in 10 minutes, but in the end he simply did not fulfill the promise. After communicating with the manager, apart from a formal apology and the words that “they will have a conversation with the courier,” no normal solution was proposed. Separately, the packaging is alarming. Over the past few orders, I've had pizza delivered to me three times with the seal already open. It doesn't matter if it was poorly glued or if someone simply didn't check the packaging, the result is the same for the customer: the food arrives in an improper form, and the establishment doesn't seem to have proper control even at such a basic level. The service is getting worse, the attitude towards the client is formal, and quality control is weak. It seems that the institution is gradually deteriorating. Personally, I no longer have any confidence in him. When ordering here, be prepared to check every package, every item, and the condition of the package right upon receipt.

(07.01.2025). We ordered several different items. There are no questions about potatoes, pizza and nuggets. But the mushroom starter and the mini barbecue Dodster are disgusting. After eating a little, it became clear that they had a direct road to scrap. The meat tasted strange in the Dodster. Probably not the freshest. As a result, he still makes himself felt (I hope it's not worth explaining which way)). I don't know why it's called Barbecue. There's only the name of the sauce. As for the mushroom starter, it feels like after cooking the mushrooms, they were just thrown in there instead of with water. There is no sauce. I'll also mention a 0.3 pepsi separately. I haven't tried such a sweet and nasty drink in a long time. To sum up, these positions were scrapped after a few bites. Unfortunately, it was not possible to notify the staff about this.

Special thanks for the coffee: it arrived spilled all over the package. It was disgusting to open, everything was sticky. It feels like they decided to save money on quality and promises.

OK, we ordered it from another place. Once again, we indicate the delivery address in text, check it with the map, everything is fine. The order is accepted. In total, the courier calls - he brings the pizza to the wrong place, we go into the application - the address has changed to a SIMILAR one - in the delivery area (123 Sovetskaya instead of KIROV) - and the courier immediately declares that I will not take the pizza to you, cancel the order. It is not clear why the address has changed. We didn't have time to offer an additional fee - the courier clearly indicated his position: I won't take you, refuse yourself, there is a button - there was no button in the application - he canceled it himself. Alas, dodo was completely disappointed with the stalemate in delivery - I heard other stories from friends, although the pizza was delicious, it used to be a favorite place when choosing fast and tasty, there were no problems with delivery (the delivery area did not change, the limit of Sovetskaya / Kirov / Lenin).

In turn, the manager, Maria, who works in the republic, said that they were glad that we had found favorites when I praised their competitors. Dodo upset our whole company very much, we had repeatedly ordered Dodo Pizza on Efremova Street, but this did not happen! A review was left on the website on 03/04/2024 with attached photos, we received an unsubscribe, wait for an answer-we'll figure it out, today it's already 03/08/2024, there is NO answer.! However, I had to wait a very long time for a response from support. When I finally got an answer, it turned out that the cashier had misled us — the coupon could have been applied at the checkout. After that, the administrator of this institution contacted me. Instead of apologizing for the incompetence of the employee and the time spent, I was told the same phrase several times: "Our programmers have checked, we have no errors." It is unclear why these calls were needed. If you're calling a customer, it's probably to solve a problem or apologize, not to prove them wrong. It is a pity that in such a large network, the local service turned out to be at such a low level.
