I'm leaving two stars only out of respect for the pizzeria chain. But the rest of the impression from this point was ruined by the employee. We were passing through Shymkent, traveling by car from Russia and stopped here to have breakfast. The cafe opened at 10:00, and at 9:58 they refused to let us in, explaining that there were still two minutes. We understand that it was legitimate in this situation, but we could have said it more politely. We waited anyway and went in at 10:01. We didn't have breakfast there anymore, but decided to get coffee. We ordered cappuccino, latte and Americano. However, the preparation took about 20 minutes because the employee was still not ready to open and was setting up the equipment. People have different days, situations, and moods, but you work with clients, and you know where you're going to get a job. Please be a little more smiley and try to leave positive emotions among visitors after visiting.
