Three or four years ago, on my way to work, I felt bad, as it turned out, my blood pressure jumped a lot, I went to the pharmacy and sat down on a chair near the door, I felt faint, the counter worker looked at me blankly, without even asking about the problem, I said I felt bad, in response, again just a glance: "what do you want from me???" I left as soon as I felt I could get up...I forgot about the unpleasant things because I was busy with a small child.Today, my sister went to get medicine and suddenly had a severe nosebleed, turned away from the same chair where I had to "sit", used a pack of handkerchiefs, but the problem did not go away.... She shared her impressions with me, remembering my situation at the same place, there was no reaction from the employee, she did not even have an offer of help in her thoughts. She rudely answered the question of where the trash can was and tried to "evaluate" the person with her eyes.Dear pharmacy chain administration, please train the staff of the pharmacy on Rogachevskaya St. in Gomel, the rules of first aid, emergency procedures and rules of medical ethics and deontology. Medical and pharmaceutical workers should be competent in providing first and emergency medical care.
