I rarely leave reviews, but this time I decided that this is exactly the case when it is necessary. I ordered a Lamzu Maya X gaming mouse with delivery in two weeks, wrote to the manager, and placed the order. During the wait (about a week later), there was a DNS problem when sending the order, but manager Dmitry promptly resolved the issue, and in this regard, I received the mouse much faster (by 4 days), plus it was extremely pleasant and without any problems and "arrogance?" I had a conversation, which was very hooked and liked. I very often deal with online purchases at different network outlets (and of course marketplaces), and usually the problems of stores and so on are discounted on the buyer, here the opposite is true. In general, I have known this store for more than 7 years, I have dozens of acquaintances and friends who use it every day in Russia, and I am very glad that it appeared in Belarus. I strongly advise you to buy equipment here (in general, in DNS stores in Minsk), because the prices are better than those of other stores in Belarus, and the store is tested with a guarantee and without any problems, and with employees like Dmitry, it's a fairy tale. Well, who cares - the mouse came original (of course), new, without any problems, marriage, and other things. The packaging is top, and the mouse is really cool for your money. Before that, when opening this store in Belarus, I bought a keyboard, it also worked and works flawlessly) Thanks!

We made a pre-order on the website. When we arrived to pick up, we were told that the product had been ordered by another person (1 pc was available) and they would not give it to us. They didn't apologize, okay. We decided to choose a replacement on the spot (we ordered a microSD). We selected and placed an order (the order number was written, not remembered), but the receipt with the order number did not come out. We went to the cashier to find out what the order number was in order to take the ticket to the electronic queue. As a result, no order was placed, and as a bonus, it was not possible to re-place the order, because this product was simply no longer displayed for the order.

I came to visit this beautiful city of Minsk to relax and bought a computer in DNS with incredible emotions, it turned out that I had to flash the BIOS to a newer version, turned to the DNS service, the guys helped, did everything quickly and made concessions on time, as I was in a hurry to leave.
