I contacted the store to select the sound equipment of the Behringer (acoustic system, subwoofers), vocal system with Laudio microphones (certain models) for the gymnasium. Manager Fedor gave professional advice (despite the fact that I, as an accountant, am not in the subject at all), they selected a replacement for more powerful hardware models, and made a pleasant discount. I can tell you one thing.The guys are professional, customer-oriented, and controlled the entire process from ordering to delivery. To be honest, the impression is only positive. I recommend contacting them only (because before I got to them, I called several stores, which I don't have), then Fedor clarified all the nuances, our budget, for what reason, even with wires and equipment connection, they helped me figure it out. Very valuable, professional and competent. Customer orientation in the 1st place. As a customer, I am very pleased.

I want to leave a huge thank you to the DJSHOP store.BY and especially consultant Fedor! It is rare to find people who do not just “sell equipment”, but really help to assemble a system for a person and his tasks. I really liked that Fedor did not impose the most expensive equipment, but really delved into my wishes. My purchase is RCF ART 712-A MK5 and the Behringer FLOW 8, and now a real lounge area with a very beautiful and professional sound is gradually being created at my house.
