There are no complaints about the work of the treatment room and the organization of tests — everything went quickly and comfortably. However, there are still questions about the appointment of a specialist. Despite the appointment for a certain time, it took about an hour and a half to wait for the appointment. This is a very long time for a paid clinic. In addition, the consultation did not seem informative enough. I have not received detailed explanations on the results of the survey and recommendations that would help to understand the situation. Later, she turned to another endocrinologist, where health problems were identified and treatment was prescribed. I would like to pay more attention to patients and analyze the results of the examination in more detail.
