This is not the first time we have bought furniture in this store, everything is done very stylishly and on time. Special thanks to Victoria's manager at the first National. A very pleasant girl, she consulted clearly and to the point, helped with the selection - thank you very much! A couple of comments about additional services in the form of delivery, skidding, and assembly. In my opinion, in such a large, international-class store, taking extra money for bringing furniture to the first floor of a private house is not serious, to put it mildly. Such services may be paid, but include it in the price of the product so that the client does not feel that after spending thousands of rubles on furniture, he still has to pay for a bunch of additional services. We had the delivery within the same agro-town where the warehouse is located, and we still had to pay for it. I am generally silent about the service of "bringing" into the house. Once again, all this can be included in the price and everyone will be more pleased with this service.

We ordered this cabinet. Well, what can I say, for 1,500 rubles. I would not recommend this product. It's beautiful in the picture, but in real life it's just a cheap material, and the fittings are the same. The assembly instructions are a special hell of an assembly (even for the assembler). The stoppers just hang there, blocking the air, and the doors don't even touch them. The left side wall is bent, I had to additionally drill and attach it to the shelf so that there would be less gap, although there is still one, apparently, 2 holes still need to be drilled. They didn't bring everything the first time, so I had to call to find out, but it turned out that they hadn't given everything away. Thanks to the guys for that, because the facades were marked, I didn't have to look for which one and where. But apparently, the leading people did not think of doing the same for 100,500 screws and bolts. I deal with different screws every day, and by the look of it, I have to understand that number 10 (according to the instructions) is from that hole in that facade. And of course, paid delivery... I hope that at least this model will stand up for the guarantee.
