I've been doing nails with Alina for a very long time, I like everything, neat, beautiful and most importantly fast, my short nails take 1 hour and 20 minutes, the correction lasts, everything is clean, the tools are sterile. They offer tea/coffee, the staff is polite! I get my hair cut and dyed here too! Everything is fine!

I did keratin straightening in this "salon". During the first procedure, the master was constantly distracted (to answer, write down, calculate clients). As a result, the strand on one side curled, the ends twisted, the hair fluffed, and the Christmas tree remained. They did not choose home care that corresponds to the type of scalp. Just buy any sulfate-free or professional shampoo. Dry with a hair dryer. I turned to the master again. I was invited to watch. After washing the hair , they said if the tips did not settle down , they would fix it . Naturally, nothing settled down. For the third time, keratin was re-applied to the ends and curly strand. That is, within 10 days, my hair was exposed to chemicals and hot temperatures twice!!! After the procedure, I indicated to the master that there was a curl left. It turns out that it did not work out to achieve the desired result. I turned to the master again, to which they replied that you understand, depending on the damage to the hair, the result as in the picture will not work and such works are not photographed on the Internet. But....why didn't the master warn you about this before the initial procedure??? Why did you not indicate that the hair was damaged and it would not be possible to achieve a perfect result???? What is possible to be a wave, a Christmas tree, a curl, fluffiness??? For this reason, I have not received an answer ! But I was invited to come 4 TIMES and record everything on camera. And if you come, and after washing, there will be no curl, then we will not refund any money to you. But..... I didn't demand any refund from them! At the 4th meeting)))) nevertheless, they recognized that there is a curl. However, they insisted that this was the NORM, after DOUBLE KERATIN in a period of 10 days!!!! Which made me doubt the professionalism of some of the "masters". Also, at my request, the crooked section was corrected. And a month later they promised to fix the curls on his face ) What can I say in summary, if your time, nerves and hair are dear to you, choose a more trusted master and institution! In this salon, they don't really care about the client and reputation!
