I really liked everything, the rooms are clean, equipped with modern everything necessary. Very friendly, sociable staff, will help solve all issues, from batteries in the remote control to excursions throughout Abkhazia. The hostess Elena is a rare kind-hearted person, special thanks to her!!! Here they will feed, and drink, and drive, and bring. The sea is nearby, the grocery store is opposite. It was out of season, so I can't appreciate the outdoor pool, but it was clean. There is a dining room on site, the food is served around the clock and delicious. There is a playground on site! Highly recommended, five stars. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

We had a rest with a girl at the Diva hotel, and we were very pleased with such hospitable staff, we fulfilled every request immediately. Since we came out of season, we ate in the dining room at the hotel, it was very tasty. Thanks a lot to the cook. Great location - there are many grocery stores and cafes around, the sea is very close. The courtyard is closed, the territory is very quiet. There are tables near the rooms, which is very convenient - you can eat there or just sit in the evening. The rooms are comfortable enough to stay in, the territory is very well maintained. It was incredibly pleasant to be there. We ate several meals in the dining room - reasonable prices and delicious breakfasts. The sea is very clean and there are few people on the beach (this is an absolute plus).

Overall, I liked the hotel. We had a 2-room suite on the 2nd floor. The view from the bedroom windows was on the plum trees of the neighboring plot. There were 2 roosters singing in the morning. The room is clean and spacious. The room has a wardrobe, a double bed, 2 bedside tables, in the other room there are 2 folding sofas, a coffee table, 1 chair and a table with a mini fridge by the mirror. Everything worked in the bathroom, however, sometimes the toilet "sang" after flushing)) Excellent, hot water, good pressure. When we were there, the electricity in the village was turned off for 15-20 minutes only once, and then there was no water. As it was, everything was fine. The breakfasts are modest, but delicious, we liked them. A choice of porridge (rice, semolina, oatmeal), bread with butter or pancakes, or cottage cheese casserole. In the cafe you can order lunches and dinners, pizza is prepared for takeaway. Many people took pizza, but they didn't try it themselves. We had lunch in the canteens on the same street (the average cost was 1500 rubles for a family of 2 adults and 2 children). It is convenient that there is a small playground for children and a swimming pool. The sea has not warmed up well for our vacation yet, the eldest child enjoyed swimming in the pool. (We had a rest from 06.06 to 13.06). The beach is close, there are shops, canteens, kebabs nearby. Minibuses travel to Pitsunda and Gagra. One of the disadvantages for us personally is that you can smoke in the hotel on the shared balcony, where there are tables and chairs for eating. For non-smokers and children, this is torture. You're having breakfast, and smelly cigarette smoke is enveloping you from below or from the side. There was no need to turn on the air conditioner in our room, there was enough draft when the front door was open. But it had to be tightly closed when one of the neighbors on the floor went out for a smoke. The wish for the hotel is a separate smoking area so that cigarette smoke does not interfere with other vacationers, especially children. Many families with children of different ages stay at the hotel.

The hotel is pleasant, we have been staying here with our family for the second year. It's always clean and cozy. The room has a split system, which helps in such hot weather. There is a large swimming pool in the courtyard where you can swim during the day. The water is changed and kept clean. There was an opportunity to purchase soft drinks in the courtyard and a cafe appeared behind the house in the clearing. The room is clean and tidy. Of the disadvantages, I would like to highlight the humidity in the bathroom (we lived on the ground floor), maybe there is no problem on the upper floors. A small number of parking spaces. And to highlight the work of the kitchen separately. In my opinion, the quality does not match the price and it is better to spend meals in canteens on the street. But despite all the disadvantages, we are satisfied with the hotel and we will come again. I am especially pleased with the location and the clean beach within walking distance.

We have been vacationing in the guest house for the second year, in 2024 we took a tour, and this year we booked a room with breakfast on Yandex. Travel, bought separate train and commuter train tickets and went on vacation. This year, only the chefs have changed, it's a pity (((, they cooked very tasty! A microwave and a kettle for vacationers appeared at the reception . The room is clean. The staff is helpful. There is a shop next to it , and the sea is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Wi-Fi doesn't work very well during the day, but in the morning, while everyone is asleep at 6 o'clock, with a bang. The food at breakfast is simple, last year it was much tastier and more diverse, this year the chefs have changed and unfortunately the breakfasts have become tasteless, the porridges seem to be on water, transparent, pancakes and pancakes also taste good. If you do not take food into account, then the guest house is a good budget option for a holiday, we have 90 K for a family of 3 adults and 2 children in 10 days.

In the same dining room we took pizza, a cheese boat, had lunch once, it was not delicious. There are canteens, shops, and kebabs near the hotel. You can have lunch and dinner there. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. The weather was great, the sea was warm. Both in the hotel and on the beach, adults smoke and drink hot drinks wherever they want, despite the fact that children are nearby. The last two nights, the roommates turned out to be 3 men who behaved badly at night. Towels were changed every 3 days, bed linen on the 6th day. Room cleaning is also on day 6 (it's terrible), they don't clean well. When they pointed out the dust, they just gave us a rag. We had several vacations in Sochi before that. Heaven and earth

The room is cleaned once every 6 days. Towels are changed every 3 days. Regarding food (we had breakfast and dinner) everything is delicious at home. I don't understand why there is so much hate on the hotel? Everything seems to be fine. We had a vacation here in 2023 with our family, there were 3 of us. A child and 2 parents. We took it specially with a pool, suddenly that the sea is raging with a child in the pool. But the pool itself was cleaned once every 10 days, the children caught the rotovirus! Take your pills with you!!! The staff, Lyudmila and Svetlana, tried to do everything that would be convenient. The child was not bored. Different families came and got to know each other. They've got company. We still communicate with the family, and the child with the children. In general, the child will not be bored! About the food . We took it without power. We went to the cafe and liked everything. To get to Gagra, Pitsunda, Sukhumi, there were 200-300 gallons per person. Taxi under 1000 Everything is great about the sea. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the sea. There's corn, ice cream, and donuts at sea. The cows surprised me, and the horses walked. While going to the sea on the way of the dog. And so are the shops! Ice cream, pizza, barbecue are all very tasty! In general, take this hotel, I really liked it.

In general, it is acceptable for an economy class hotel. For unassuming tourists... the mattress is hard, it was not comfortable for two people to sleep on it. It's okay to be alone. The sofa turned out to be a little more comfortable for sleeping, but also not suitable for everyone. In one of our rooms, the window in the bathroom was not closed (there was no handle). This causes constant swarms of mosquitoes (July). Mosquitoes, by the way, didn't really die from fumitox. There is a paid dining room and you can order barbecue, pizza, hookah or khachapuri in the backyard. There is no kitchen for self-cooking. The room has a small refrigerator, a TV and a well-positioned air conditioner (does not blow on the bed). The Wi-Fi in the rooms is terrible. Outside, closer to the dining room is acceptable. Towels were changed every three days, bed linen every 6 days. If you want to check in earlier than the scheduled 14 hours, you will have to pay extra (provided that your room is free and cleaned in principle). There is a large frame pool on the territory, which is a joy for children, but sometimes the water was specifically dirty in color. There is a small children's complex with a slide and swings. Parking for several cars. It's free, but the guests behave as if it's their property and put bottles of water in place of the car when checking out. There are also questions for the hotel management. I consider this unacceptable. On the upper floors there are clothes dryers (one for several rooms), for the first floor there are turntables on the street, but they are not always enough for everyone. The territory is small, landscaped, and cozy. There are several sun loungers under the palm trees next to the pool. The biggest disadvantage for non-smokers is that smoking is allowed everywhere in the hotel. Heat... Smoke comes into the rooms, so you have to constantly close the door and use the air conditioner. There is a sign about observing the silence regime, but due to their lack of manners, many guests did not want to give a damn about it. There is an iron near the administrative premises, which can be used and a kettle. It is customary to drink water in Abkhazia directly from the tap, but we bought bottled water and took our own kettle with us. You can buy chacha on site. To sum up: "it's fine, but on condition that you don't have excessive requirements"

I expected the best from the hotel. It is a 3-storey building with its own dining room, they took it without food (I cannot note the quality of the dining room), they provide for general use: a microwave, an electric kettle, an ironing board with an iron. There is also a barbecue area on site, where the owners can cook dishes on coals, and a hookah (for a fee). There are 15 cars on the territory + 4 on the street under a video camera. Linen is changed and rooms are cleaned every 3 days. CONS: 1) There are not enough places for cars for everyone, I was surprised that people put bottles in the car seats, booking "Supposedly their" place- the owners do not react to this. 2) There is a musty and damp smell in the room 3) There is no mosquito net in the bathroom, from where mosquitoes fly in 4) One kettle and one microwave, not enough for 40 rooms 5) Wi-Fi is intermittent (this is important for someone) When choosing this hotel, please weigh the pros and cons.

Good afternoon! I want to share my impressions of my stay at this wonderful hotel, where we spent time since May 19th. I would like to note right away how well–groomed and pleasant the territory of the hotel is - a real oasis with flowering plants, whose fragrance is simply mesmerizing! The presence of a swimming pool with comfortable sun beds has become a pleasant bonus for relaxation. The room also pleased us – it was newly renovated, everything is in excellent condition. But for me, as for many, the issue of water is very important, and everything was just fine here: there was plenty of hot water, which is very valuable. I would like to say a special thanks to the staff. Everyone is very friendly, always ready to help and prompt, create an atmosphere of real hospitality. The rooms were cleaned regularly, maintaining perfect cleanliness. The food at the hotel is also commendable. The dining room offers simple but delicious homemade food. The location of the hotel is a different story! The sea is just around the corner, and on the way there is everything you need: shops, cafes, canteens. We enjoyed buying local drinks and goodies, especially Sukhumi beer and hot smoked trout – our real favorites! The coastline is simply huge, which allows you to enjoy your vacation without feeling shy. The sea was clear, and watching the dolphins that sailed almost every day was just magical! Thank you so much for such hospitality and an unforgettable stay! We will definitely come back 🌹🤗

I was vacationing in a mini-hotel Diva in September 2023. I specially chose a non-pretentious place so that it would be calm and quiet. Without big hotels and crowds walking along the boardwalk. It is quite good for a hotel without stars in an Abkhazian village. We met two lovely women, showed them the territory: where the kitchen is, where the kettle is, where you can wash and iron. They gave me the password for the Wi-Fi. They explained that you can book excursions right away. I took two. The deposit was issued in a special notebook, under the signature. They returned it without any problems. We were shown to a spacious room. The room was on the second floor, end, with neighbors on only one side. It was clean, everything worked. TV, clothes dryer. I didn't use the sofa, but the bed is comfortable, it's nice to sleep. The bed linen is clean and well ironed. It's good that the shower has a high threshold, the water does not flow beyond the shower itself. There were two rolls of toilet paper in the toilet. There was no hair dryer (its presence was not stated in the description of the hotel), but I knew that I was going, in fact, to the guest house, I took my own. On the first day I ironed my things, I don't have to pay any money for the iron. Three days later, there was a change of linen and cleaning. I had almost no garbage, a bag accumulated in three days, I took it out myself. Do not disturb people because of this) I lived for a week, I didn't use the kitchen, but I went there to look : a kettle (you don't need to rent it), cups, dishes - everything was there. I don't like public kitchens, so I always take a small light kettle and my mug-plate with me. There are several cafes nearby along the road, you can choose what you like. I liked the "Tangerine". Delicious and cheap. Along the street to the sea there are shops with groceries and clothes. Several sightseeing stalls. The sea is very close. The beach is wide, there were sun beds and entertainment even in early October. The sea is warm, the air was 25 degrees, as was the sea. There is a cafe on the beach, and there, on the beach, they sold very tasty fish). There is a bus stop near the beach, you can go to Pitsunda. to Gagra, to Sukhum, without leaving the highway, which is 4-5 kilometers away. I didn't see the owners of the hotel, and they weren't needed. I turned to Lyudmila and Svetlana for all questions. They receive guests, and settle them, and clean, and wash, iron, and arrange excursions. Everything is based on them. They are always friendly and ready to help. When I read the reviews, it becomes a shame for them. When I came to the room, I saw that they were constantly at work, like bees. I saw them every day, they work seven days a week, or something… In short, the place is pleasant, the rest was a success. Choosing a place to relax, you need to understand that you are not going to a star hotel, which would have completely different requirements, so as not to complain later that there was no kettle, cooler, hair dryer and soap in the room. But we have our own hair dryer and travel kettle. The bed is clean, the linen, the towels are clean, the videos are not super new, but high-quality. There are no warm blankets or blankets, but we didn't need them. The rooms are not worn out, everything is fine.Not just after the repair, but not killed in the trash.The maids clean well. There is a table on the balcony for several rooms, but we had a great dinner in the room in front of the TV on the coffee table. The yard is pleasant, lots of greenery, flowers, fruit trees,palm trees, a clean frame pool. There is a parking place. The street is full of shops and canteens.The sea is a few minutes' walk away. Very friendly residents, sellers, well, if you smile yourself and come with kindness. Breakfast is included in the bill. There are three porridges to choose from, two dairy and buckwheat, sausages, croutons, donuts, tea, coffee, milk, sour cream, butter. Lunch can be ordered separately. For a vacation in the style of "seal on the beach" is an ideal option.

IT'S A DISGUSTING HOTEL. The quality of service is 0. The lock in the door is jammed, the TV does not turn on, the rooms are cleaned once every 6 days. Bed linen is changed once every 6 days, towels are changed once every 4 days. The food is not delicious, DOSHIRAK is much tastier. There are few places in the dining room for a maximum of 10 people, and those tables that stand near the rooms are not designed for many guests. For understanding, 2 tables for 7 rooms. There is a small bar behind this hotel, where they think that if guests have drunk and eaten a barbecue, they can double the price, they will not look at the receipt. But we saw it, apologized to us, and recalculated it. Referring to the fact that there was a lot of work and allegedly they themselves did not notice how it happened. The only thing I can express my gratitude to the technical service, the damage was fixed quickly. And finally, I will not post photos of the hotel because I am ashamed of this hotel, but we will come to Abkhazia again)))

We rested for a full 12 days, left for 13. Of the cons: quadruple rooms are considered, and there is a sofa and a bed. Ie, sleeping in twos, it is not convenient for everyone. (Again, for a high price, you can rent a two-room room here.) There are no dishes in the room, there is no kettle, which is completely inconvenient! There is no shared kitchen either. The dining room in the hotel is not bad. The simplest food, not very good looking, but delicious cooked. The chefs deserve special praise).

We only slept the first night, because we were tired from the road. My sides hurt every morning. The smell of sewage was disgusting, and the bathroom had to be closed. Mosquitoes swarm. We bought gauze and Band-Aids ourselves and sealed up the bathroom window and of course slept with mosquito repellent. The audibility is super. There is no balcony, as the entrance to the room is from the balcony. And there are tables on the shared balcony, which were constantly occupied by drinking and smoking neighbors, since the balcony is shared, this is a huge disadvantage. I really liked the maids, Lyudmila and Svetlana. Thank you very much, very helpful people who met us, posted everything, told us, showed us. We are always ready to help with any request. Thank you very much. The kitchen is a shock. The rudeness is off the charts. Breakfast: porridge and a choice of a small piece of bread with a piece of butter measuring 1.5 by 1.5 cm + egg. Or porridge + one pancake and a piece of bread and butter. Coffee is 3 in 1. It's not always enough, and tea is just disgusting. No one explained how and what to take, if someone unknowingly took two plates, it was a terrible surprise for vacationers. In general, I was struck by the local population in Alakhadzy, the rudeness, the manner of grandeur, is off the scale. Mud, cows, horses, and huge dogs (pedigreed, apparently abandoned), the size of ponies, walk everywhere throughout the village and even on the beach. In general, the petting zoo is free. The village is dirty and uncared for, with animal excrement everywhere. Canteens are a separate song: prices are more expensive than Sochi, but the quality is like Soviet canteens. There are no boundary buoys on the beach, and jet skiers ride over your head, it's very scary. And boats also go without rules. Personally, it shocked me. Of course, it's a personal matter for everyone to choose, but here it's just the sea. There is absolutely no place to walk in the evening. Local horrors are driving through the streets. I don't recommend this place. However, the choice is yours.

Administrator Varvara is always in touch, she will always help. In front of the rooms there are tables for dinner, relaxation, evening gatherings. We really liked it! Excellent dining room, special thanks to the chefs for the soup for the child in case of poisoning (prepared especially for us). There is a swimming pool for children on site. One of the disadvantages is the lack of minimal dishes in the room, there is not even water to drink from. I had to buy glasses at the store opposite. We asked the administrator for a kettle on the 3rd day, they gave it to us. Of the disadvantages, there are no smoking areas. Our neighbors smoked the whole vacation on the shared balcony, all the smoke went to our room.

Your stay at the Diva Hotel will be remembered for a long time... the disgusting food in the dining room (if you can call it that). It's cooked as if for animals, it's impossible to eat. We wrote a "Food refusal" statement, got through to the management, and informed everyone that we would not eat. A month has passed, the money for the food has not been returned, although the management promised ... a disgusting attitude towards people. I do not recommend it! We had a rest at the end of June and the beginning of July, 2025. The sheets on one bed are white, on the other grey with holes. The door to the toilet hurt a lot, they asked to fix it, and no one came in 10 days. The bed and towels were left on a chair by the door, supposedly there is no second key (change it yourself). Cleaning for the 6th day, as stated, was also not carried out by anyone. The electricity was turned off three times, and for the whole day, it was turned off from 6 p.m. and appeared only at 12 a.m. Accordingly, the air conditioner is not working, the refrigerator is not working, and there is also no hot or cold water, which means that the toilet is a disaster. There's a big hole in the chair, burned through by a cigarette. The curtains don't always close the window, at 4 a.m. you wake up from the light. When handing over the room, the receptionist saw a small stain on the sheet, the child froze with chocolate, asked to wash, tin..... The Wi-Fi on the third floor is not working. In the dining room, breakfasts are very boring, there is always porridge (the only one that is normal), porridge is either an amlet, the next morning porridge is an egg, the next porridge is a sausage, porridge is aladhi and so on in a circle. Tea is just tin, the herbs in the garden were picked and brewed. There was no coffee at all. Olga's administrator has two states, as if she sleeps on the move or talks on the phone for hours while walking in the yard. The advantages are new furniture, the mattress is not sagging, but the room is hard and clean.

We rested from September 6 to September 13, during this period there were no water and electricity outages (including in the entire village). They seem to indicate that the power supply is autonomous. The water pressure in the shower is good, the hot water is really hot. The room is normal, for an overnight stay. In the room: a double bed (a tolerable mattress), a sofa, bedside tables, a table, a mirror, a wardrobe (the doors practically do not move) with two compartments: under hangers (there were a couple of hangers) and shelves, air conditioning, blackout curtains, I did not catch a TV in our room, there is no hair dryer in the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the room, but there is a shared balcony with a table and chairs in front of the room. There are clothes dryers, also shared on the balcony. Upon check-in, we were given two bath towels, two for the face and one for the legs. They covered themselves with a waffle blanket, which was not very comfortable. There is a shared kitchen, we used only a microwave, which practically did not heat. There were like 20 rooms in total, there were no vacancies. There is a swimming pool, the water is quite cool, for all the time only once we observed that two men swam there after chacha) There is a slide and a swing for children. There was no cleaning in a week. Most likely, you need to ask, since the keys are probably in one instance. The staff and hosts are pleasant. You can also buy local drinks there, but they are more expensive than in the store. The sea is very close, there are several canteens nearby. For all the 8 days that we were there, the pool was empty, we couldn't cook anything ourselves, the lights were constantly turned off, and therefore the water. You come from the sea, everything is salty, dried, like a roach, everything is covered in sand, and bam... There is NO water! There is no kettle, which is the only one in the entire hotel, because there is NO light! QUIET HORROR! There is a barbecue in the backyard, but not for you. They cook pork 1,700 per kg. We were promised a stove and a barbecue on which we can cook ourselves. This was the only condition on which we went on vacation! One salvation, we took a bus to Pitsunda for the whole day (half an hour to drive, the price is 100 rubles per person) and arrived at night. We've been living in a cottage by the river in the village all summer. That's why they left, that's why they came, only instead of the river, the sea. From village to village. The prices are 3-4 times higher than ours. Take cash with you. No one has terminals, there's a problem with the Internet. Everyone who was there with us, no one was happy with the hotel and Alakhadze in general! Go to Pitsunda, my advice to you.
