it was good for its price but still a tiny little bit lowkeynuinely uncomfortable( i only wish it was more clean but Marika made my stay fantastic! thank you, Marika, for your kindness and beaming smile!

The most important advantage of the hotel is its location, everything else is a disadvantage. I'll start in order… Upon arrival at the hotel, the neglect of safety precautions and at least some comfort for the client caught my eye. If something was broken, it will be broken throughout the stay, and judging by the repair, it is not a fact that it will be fixed at all. Breakfast is, in general, a separate story ... if you are a little late, that is, you will be in a nearby cafe or you will be hungry. Don't believe the photos from the website. The staff pretends to be friendly, but they don't really care about your problems. We had an early check-out and we asked if they could pack us some breakfast early, or at least a snack with us. We were assured that yes, but on the day of departure, the girl who told us this just walked past, turning away and pretending that everything was fine when we had breakfast with the groceries we had bought in the evening. Since we couldn't clarify anything in the evening either, we decided not to experiment. There was no kettle or any dishes in the room, as well as the promised hair dryer.

Special thanks to the amazing Marika! The manager is very polite and pleasant in communication. She helped with all the questions and was just a pleasant companion. A clean, tidy hotel with excellent breakfast and staff. Stunning view of Tbilisi from the old town. There is a delightful church right in front of the hotel.
