Manager Tatiana answered my questions to the anxious mother, and was able to calm me down, giving me the opportunity to relax and not worry about the children. And she helped me figure out the machines, or rather their work))The girls who work the same way today also made a pleasant impression (unfortunately , I didn 't remember the names) We are very pleased that we visited this center today 5 stars out of 5

This is the first time we have visited this center, and I think it will be the last. The husband and his two-year-old son were in the center for an hour, since the child was small, he was afraid to go down the slides alone, his dad went with him. Later, we went to lunch and returned to the center. When we returned, we were informed that dad was no longer allowed to climb with the child. We had to leave because the two-year-old didn't understand why he suddenly couldn't ride anymore, and we didn't understand either. I would like some explanation of what we paid for and why we had to leave. No one warned that it was not allowed, even more, no one said a word for an hour, the rules changed on the move.

The center itself is not bad, we visited it very often with a child. But on our last visit, we were shocked by the company's policy. We have 2 cards of the center, where we constantly threw money and the child collected tickets for a good gift. On the last visit, it turned out that the old cards were not working. Our requests to transfer money to a new one were refused. There were no advance notifications (there was at least six months' warning about the crown cards when they were changed), we were there several times while the nursery was being renovated. As a result, a spoiled mood, and the theft of money, it's hard to call it anything else.
