Exceptional — 10/10 My stay at this hotel was outstanding. The property is beautiful, and the staff truly made my experience unforgettable. Their customer service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Two standouts for me were Gayane and Mush. They were absolutely exceptional—warm, attentive, and always willing to help. They genuinely went above and beyond, and I appreciated them so much. There was a dance team staying on my floor—full of energy and occasionally a bit noisy—but the hotel handled everything perfectly. They even offered me a lovely bottle of wine as an apology, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Their professionalism in managing a large group was impressive. Breakfast was excellent every morning with a great variety of fresh options. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Wonderful staff, great service, and amazing hospitality. If I could give more than 10 stars, I would!

Good afternoon! We are engaged in travel organization, we have been hosting a group since March 7-10 this year, a great place. There is a small parking lot, a welcome glass of wine, a small cozy restaurant, and a pleasant interior design. The rooms have everything you need, beautiful view. Clean, everything is brand new. The spa is small, but also clean, a warm pool, a cool Jacuzzi with different modes. Sauna and hammam. Everything is clean, there are no crowds. Minus the working hours from 10-21. And that they don't give you an extra towel, one shower, no cooler with water. Otherwise, it's great. We are satisfied, I recommend it. Additionally, we ordered sliced bread and khachapuri to meet the guests. Everything is delicious. The breakfasts are modest, but delicious, there weren't enough cheesecakes or pancakes, maybe they just didn't get there. Fruits and desserts are delicious. Very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. They change towels, water, coffee, tea.

We stayed at the hotel from 1 to 5 February. The hotel pleasantly surprised with its comfort and hospitality. The room is comfortable, clean, the furniture is new, the bed is comfortable. Cleaning is daily, towels were changed regularly. The staff is friendly and attentive, ready to help at any time of the day. We were accommodated before the scheduled 14 hours, immediately upon arrival. And upon departure, we were allowed to stay for another hour, given the lateness of our flight. And they also gave us the opportunity, after the eviction, to leave things for a couple of hours for storage. The room has everything you need: a hairdryer, kettle, air conditioning, refrigerator, safe. Of course, there is uninterrupted wi-fi and a smart TV. There is an ironing room on the floor. We didn't use it, but if there was such a need, everything is there. I was pleasantly surprised by the scheduled organization of spa treatments, which eliminates waiting and allows you to use the spa area in your company without other guests. The reception staff deserves special attention: the staff is always polite, attentive and ready to help in any situation. For example, we ordered a home delivery, but we didn't have a local phone number. By contacting the reception, we received a simple solution to the problem: the staff contacted us themselves when the delivery arrived. Free umbrellas and a corkscrew at the reception were another pleasant surprise. Although the umbrellas did not have to be used, the corkscrew was used twice. The cost of accommodation is fully justified by the quality of service and living conditions. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances without hesitation.

The hotel is nice. Clean. The room has everything you need, including free bottles of water. The bed is comfortable, the linen is pleasant, the pillows are comfortable (two pieces). Elevator. Breakfast is a buffet. There is no abundance, but there is enough of everything and what is there is quite tasty. If you arrive late, you will not be able to have a snack or drink - the restaurant is open until 22:00. I did not find any other food outlets within walking distance. The location is quiet, nobody and nothing interfered at night. I did not use the spa services, it works until 20-00 (as announced at the reception) - that's why I have no opinion about them.

Among the disadvantages: air conditioning, sound insulation (there is a super large gap under the front door, so you can hear what is happening in the room opposite with the doors closed), location (not for hiking + the hotel is located directly on a busy narrow road), the balcony door was closed and opened with a quest. There is only one advantage of the spa in this hotel! And everything else is downside. The location is between two roads, very noisy. Located far from the center. At first, they settled into a standard room, so small that there are two beds and a small locker. They paid extra. The room is larger and has a closet. But there's nowhere to hang your outerwear anyway. The room is not cozy at all, it feels like some of the furniture has been taken out. As for the breakfasts, they are very modest. Cheese, sausage, cottage cheese, sausages, omelet. Baking is not edible from the word at all. Porridge is always oatmeal. There are also very small cots and very uncomfortable pillows. I can't relax in the room. I do not recommend the hotel for recreation. The price and quality do not match.

I would like to share my positive impressions about this hotel.: - very friendly and kind staff, everyone speaks Russian, you could pay with a VTB card, we were greeted with glasses of wine, offered help in finding excursions - this is a clean hotel, the room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed, all missing accessories were brought (slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, combs, cotton pads and ear sticks, toilet paper), there was also a refrigerator, kettle, mugs, tea and coffee, hairdryer, conditioner, gel shower gel, shampoo and hair balm - this hotel has a spa, there is a pool, a Jacuzzi, a hammam and a Russian bath, there is also a barrel for pouring cold water and foot baths with temperature changes - the breakfasts were excellent (there was a buffet): there was always some kind of main course (meat + side dish) and everything else, starting with eggs, sausages, cereal with milk, cottage cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, ending with coffee, tea, jam, delicious pie, pancakes and fruits (there is really a lot of food, the choice is good), also since this is a restaurant where you could have lunch and dinner, if you suddenly couldn't do it in the city - the hotel has parking, we rented a car and left it in the parking lot without any problems. - the metro is located 15 minutes from the hotel (Druzhba station), probably this is the only negative, but it is not so critical against the background of all the other positive aspects of it The hotel is really cool, I recommend it to everyone You really won't regret it!

Advantages: low cost. There is a transfer from the hotel from the airport - 2,000rubles. The hotel is small. There is a SPA. For breakfast there were fresh delicious strawberries (in season). We booked directly through WhatsApp. Without any prepayment. We arrived at 6 a.m. We settled in quickly. They gave me a room on the 2nd floor. The room was very cold (+20) - it was ventilated before arrival. The heating system was no longer working (central). The road below is very close to the building. You can hear every car. It was impossible to sleep. In the morning we moved to the 5th floor. The room was warm. The audibility is no longer the same. I could sleep at night. We didn't get to the Spa for the first time - they said it was closed. The second day was in the evening. There were 10 people in the spa, which is a lot for such a space. The spa is open for 2 hours a day. On the day of departure, we arrived at 10 a.m. - everything was still turned off. They turned on the bell. There is a gym. No one goes to it. That's why we studied there alone. The gym is good for morning workouts. The breakfasts are the same. No one will be left hungry. But the choice is definitely not for a 4* hotel. But there were fresh seasonal strawberries for breakfast. We wanted to order room service in the evening, but the restaurant is open until 21. In general, there's nothing bad to say, but it's not 5, it's 4. There are nuances (above) that it is important to pay attention to.

Breakfast: just fine! Very high quality and delicious! We enjoyed sitting for coffee))) Location: not in the center, and not nearby, BUT the taxi cost is ridiculous, they arrive quickly, so the distance to the center is not a problem at all. SPA: small, well-maintained, after long walks, relax for an hour - perfect! From the wishes: there is not a single hook at the entrance to the room! There is nowhere to hang outerwear and a bag, although there is plenty of room to organize them in the entrance area. Thanks to the hotel for the hospitality, we will definitely come again!

We stayed at the hotel in August 2025. I liked the hotel, it is located within walking distance from the center. About 3 km. A taxi is even faster. The rooms are quite good. The hotel is 4*, but if it was positioned as 5*, I would not be surprised. In terms of comfort, it easily surpasses many of the top five. I stayed from 16.10 to 23.10.25 in room 203. I especially liked the SPA with a warm pool, a huge Jacuzzi, a hammam and a Finnish sauna (the sauna is not very hot, you could add heat), and all this is included in the room rate. The room has snow-white linen, bathrobes, slippers and towels, a complete set from a toothbrush to a comb. Standard breakfasts, excellent coffee from the coffee machine, especially cappuccino. The price is certainly not cheap, but it is quite acceptable with the level of comfort that you get.

Among the advantages: incredibly pleasant staff, responsive and friendly administrators, the presence of a swimming pool, acceptable, but not very varied breakfasts. On the downside: we didn't have enough room cleaning quality. It was obvious that it was mediocre, the bed was not re–made after cleaning - they would put a blanket and that was it, the bed linen was not changed during our stay, the towels were really clean, thank you for that. The spa is good, but the sauna does not heat well and needs to be heated all the time. The hammam is gorgeous, the only thing is to be careful not to scald your foot, the steam jet goes strongly right at the bowl of water in the hammam. The food for breakfast is very mediocre and simple, but you can eat enough. There is a terrace outside, which makes eating more enjoyable. The location is certainly not very good, it's far from everything and it takes a long time to get to the hotel during rush hour. and the repairs and conditions are generally very good. the hotel can be said to be new.
