In other words, there is all the evidence that the item was new and in perfect condition! After cleaning, the rubber brand label began to peel off at the edges, the thing is actually ruined. No defects were recorded during admission, and I was not warned about the risks of damage. Instead of admitting responsibility, the employees claim that the damage was before them, which is not true and is refuted by the available evidence. I will demand a full refund of the cost of the product and service. In case of refusal from the administration, I will contact the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency to protect my rights. I don't recommend it.
