We bought a Bali tour from Minsk. Excellent service. Elizabeth was always quick to answer questions. And even after paying for the tour, which is rare among tour operators. Special respect and gratitude for the support and refund due to the cancellation of the flight to Abu Dhabi due to the conflict in the Middle East. We were quickly oriented, even on a day off. The hotels turned out to be all diverse, with good food, repairs and location. The food is great, and the tour operator's advice on excursions proved useful. The prices are adequate: flights are at the market price, and hotels are much cheaper than on booking. It can be seen that the tour operator takes a small margin, which is nice. In short, I definitely recommend it. By the way, we flew to Phuket with them last year, and everything was great too. By the way, I recommend Elizabeth. She always answers quickly and helps with all questions, even after business hours.
