I came to the store from another city. I was left with bad impressions. There are incompetent employees at the checkout who do not convey important information to the customer!!! I made a purchase for 320p, I was offered to write off 20p bonuses (at that time I did not know that these were birthday bonuses), I said no, I wanted to save up. When I got into the car, I saw information in the app that the bonuses would expire after 12 days. I wasn't planning to come here for the next six months. I decided to go back to the store to use the bonuses, took the goods for 30p, and only then they said at the checkout that I could only use these bonuses for clothes. The amount is certainly not large, but it's a shame! Now they will burn up without being able to use them. Teach employees to tell customers the full information!
