For a long time I went to this salon for a pedicure and sometimes not a manicure. But on my last visit, I encountered unpleasant communication at the reception. I signed up for a certain time, arrived on time, and eventually waited 25 minutes for the master. After the procedure, I made a calm remark that I didn't like waiting so long. And the receptionist replied to me with displeasure, "Well, actually, we have a lot of excitement today." Considering how much the services in the salon cost, I was hoping for a more respectful attitude towards me. I changed the salon and go to another place with more friendly staff.
