I do not recommend this clinic. I signed up the child for hygiene at 10.00 a.m. the recording was confirmed the day before. I came with my son (8 years old) Kim Danis. As soon as I entered the clinic, I realized that we were not expected. At 10:00, none of the doctors or assistants came out to us. The receptionist had been trying to reach the doctor's mobile phone all this time, but the phone had not been picked up. After 5 minutes, I asked if everything was fine and when would we be accepted? The receptionist said that everything was fine. You will be accepted now. It took another 10 minutes for no one to see us. When I came to the reception for the second time and asked when we would be accepted? The receptionist replied that she would soon, while still calling the doctor on her mobile. As a result, we turned around and left. I'm an administrator, and I couldn't really say anything except sorry. By the way, I came with my child after an illness and did not cancel the visit, he was not feeling very well yet. Why are you offering an appointment at 10.00 if the doctor is not going to come?! This is disrespectful to the patients and you are definitely not welcome. I'm sure this review will be deleted and no one cared that the doctor didn't come to the appointment. An outrageous attitude!!
