On the day of the appointment, the clinic canceled the appointment 2 hours in advance, citing the doctor's poor health.After my indignation, I additionally canceled the next recording on March 2 for another child, whom I also recorded in January. During the month of waiting, the clinic did not provide a replacement doctor, did not offer an adequate solution, and in fact left the child without help.What is the administrator's phrase "if you don't treat the front teeth"? I consider it unacceptable in relation to the child. I understand that a doctor can get sick. But the organization of the clinic's work is the responsibility of the clinic, not the patient, especially when it comes to children's health. With such a level of service and attitude towards patients, especially children, I do not recommend contacting them. Unprofessional and Irresponsible!
