Terrible organization, from the manufacture to the operation of furniture. It started with incorrect manufacturing, the metal frame of the bed did not reach all the support points. The collectors probably don't care, the goal is to collect and that's it. We've been waiting for the new framework for more than a month, but there have always been promises. They made minor repairs themselves, they no longer wanted to mess with them, and during disassembly, the threads were torn off at almost all mounting points. It all ended with the fact that after 2.5 years the bed just falls apart before our eyes, the legs fall off, cracks and holds together from all sides, the gas elevator no longer works. Even 1 star is a lot for this organization.
