We have been going to stay at the Demir Hotel regularly for about three years and it has been a place we have left gladly until today. Unfortunately, during our last stay, we were not as satisfied as before. Cleanliness in the rooms had noticeably weakened compared to previous years. Although the carpets had just been washed, the room was filled with dampness and a heavy cleaning smell inside. This also greatly affected our comfort. The performance of the air conditioner also decreased, it was insufficient to balance the room's air. We didn't find the old quality about breakfast either. During our previous visits, a very tasty and varied breakfast was served, but this time there was a serious decrease in both taste and presentation. The cook may have changed, or we got the impression that they were trying to save money. They also have quite strict rules about pets. We love to travel with our pets, but we were upset that the hotel did not show flexibility in this regard. This creates the impression of a hotel that is not pet-friendly. In general, during this last stay, unfortunately, we could not experience the pleasure and comfort we received in the past. We hope that the management will take these feedbacks into consideration and the Demir Hotel will return to its former quality again.
