The girl who works at this point does not want to fulfill her duties at all. At first, she pretended to be looking for an order, then she said that it wasn't there — although it definitely was, and there was a chip in it. This is not the first time when she says that the order has not been found, although there is one. After I literally persuaded her to start searching after all, she defiantly went to “search", roughly tossing packages. This attitude is unacceptable, because there may be expensive items in the orders. Her work score is 0: irresponsible, unfriendly, and it's clear that she doesn't want to work at all. But the man who works here is great. He is always polite, works quickly and professionally. Thanks to him for the service!
