We stayed from 05/15/26 to 05/22/26. Excellent hotel! Friendly and competent staff, the rooms and grounds are very clean. Linen is changed every three days, towels every day. The buffet is certainly not the same as in Turkey, but all the food is really delicious! There is a pine grove nearby where you can walk. The distance to the sea is 80-100 meters. There are sun beds and awnings on the beach. The sea is clear. The only drawback is that there is only one dim light bulb in the bathroom, and you have to shave almost by touch. I definitely recommend this hotel!

It was not the first time we had a rest at the Dolphin Hotel (late May, early June). Unfortunately, we decided not to come here anymore. With the excellent location, excellent food, and cleanliness in the rooms, one thing really spoiled the rest this year: music was playing in the hotel bar day and night, and very loudly (Repeated complaints, and not only ours), were answered: that the bar needed to attract customers in this way in order to earn money and that, by law, loud music was allowed for up to 24 hours (often the disco ended much later). This hotel has always been appreciated and positioned as a quiet place for a relaxing holiday. Unfortunately, sleepless nights have really spoiled the impression of this place.

The room is comfortable, clean, and towels for both showers and beaches are provided and changed daily. Gel, shampoo, soap and toilet paper are also replenished daily. Meals 3 times a day, buffet. Everything is delicious, the breakfast is very varied, 2 types of porridge, eggs (in different forms every day), cottage cheese, pancakes, 2 types of cheese, 2 types of sausage and very tasty pastries. Lunch is also varied, and there is a dry red wine. Dinner is simpler, without abundance. If the dish is finished, a new portion is immediately brought. If you find fault, I'll tell you about salads. They are often strange, the composition. The chicken with bell pepper, the liver with green peas and potatoes. Maybe I'm just not a foodie. The territory is very beautiful, well maintained, the sea is right at the exit of the gate. The purest. The hotel also has an excellent swimming pool. Warm and indoor.

The only negative in the room was that it was dark in the evenings because of the dim lighting, and the bathroom seemed to be dark, there was not enough light.The food is a buffet, I really liked the various types of porridges, first and second courses, as well as a couple of salads, fresh and pickled vegetables, and a choice of pastries is very tasty) In general, the food is homemade, but everything is delicious and we always came out full from there. The pool is heated and warm, there is a sauna and massage in the same place, but the gym, which was not working on the second floor, as we understood. The beach is good, there are sun beds and even a canopy from the sun who does not want to burn out in the sun, but the disadvantage is that there is no changing room and outdoor toilet, you have to go to the room to do all these things. The cafe was open only when the weather was nice and sunny, and I think it will be open almost every day in summer if it doesn't rain. And another disadvantage is the days with excursions, if you are going on any kind of excursion, know that it will take you a very long time to get there, because the hotel is further away than all other hotels, we were picked up first and taken last.If you want to go on excursions more than just relax on the beach and on the territory of the hotel, then it is better to consider a hotel in Gagra.

The room was booked in economy, but it exceeded all expectations! Beautiful, clean, cozy! You open the window and breathe in the incredibly delicious air!!! And how the birds sing!!! The territory is gorgeous, it's like a botanical garden! The room was cleaned every day! We always wondered if we needed anything. The food is very tasty! It hasn't happened again in 5 days. Very tasty and varied! My sister had an anniversary, it was very nice that they didn't forget about her, they came to the room and congratulated her!! We were presented with a bottle of delicious white wine! And the beach is simply the best!!! In general, I highly recommend staying in this amazing place! thank you very much!!!

We just got back. We had a rest from 27.09.25 to 04.10.25. A wonderful place!!! Peace and quiet, beautiful rooms, a cozy park, the sea is just five steps away! We swam every morning. And very tasty food. I was afraid for the food when we were driving. The food was excellent. On the day of Abkhazia on September 30th, the lunch was simply gorgeous! Towels were changed every day. They clean very cleanly. Thank you very much! One small drawback is that there are no coolers or kettles in the rooms. Well, I really wanted coffee at seven in the morning and hot tea in the evening. But this is the only drawback. And it's a great pleasure to swim in the pool in the evenings!

The beach is equipped with sun beds, the descent into the sea is a little disappointing, it will be hard without slippers. And we were unlucky with the weather, it was cloudy all day, then the waves were strong, then the garbage sailed. There were small jellyfish. There is a lack of a toilet on the beach or a changing room, girls and mothers with children would be much more comfortable) Rotovirus has not bypassed us yet, so be careful!But this is apparently the case all over the Black Sea… Animals: there are two dogs running around on the territory, they are very friendly and chipped, but it's a pity to look at their thinness, if suddenly they are guests of the territory, it would be nicer to see them well-fed and happy!) he can organize bowls and booths and treat fleas, I think many hotel guests would be happy to leave donates for tails at parting!) For a cool evening, there is a warm indoor pool. Irina, who puts the houses in order, is a very nice and pleasant woman. And he does his job perfectly!What is needed, she will bring, inform, transmit information that needs to be corrected (for example, our TV was not working – she was informed, they came, everything was done). At the reception, they turned mainly to Alina, she also explained everything, prompted on the first day. Of the cons: there were few of them. We froze at night, and blankets are not provided in October) For shelter, there are large, like towels. But at the request, Irina brought us duvet covers. The blankets were in the closet. In the dining room, the meat is mostly in carcass form, with gravy. My kids don't eat that. Fried, grilled, etc. are not there. There was no instant coffee for several days (do not bring it to the hotel), but for 100-150 rubles. you could buy a brewed or cappuccino at the bar in the dining room. There are squirrels on the territory, it was a very pleasant meeting with these cute creatures. There are sun beds on the beach. You do not need to pay extra for them. The beach is only for hotel visitors, which is not often seen in Abkhazia. Towels are provided. Well, from the unpleasant moments: we wanted to extend it for a day, but "on the spot" the price was announced to us by 10 thousand more. Although I clarified the day before, at the reception, the cost per day was the same for which we purchased the tour. Apparently, the owner is trying to make money) But we changed our mind about staying, hung up on the tour operator (through whom the price was normal) and went home to prepare for work and study 😊 In general, we are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The hotel has its own electric generator, which is very convenient when the lights are turned off, it is here and everything works: refrigerators, split, etc. The beach is within walking distance (across the street), which is very convenient in any weather. The sea is crystal clear, the pebbles are average. It is advisable to purchase rubber slippers for entering the sea.t.k. it is sharp to enter, especially when the waves. You can rent a sunbed for the price of 100 rubles all day 👍 A quiet, cozy place without entertainment, just to relax from the hustle and bustle! We liked it!

The sea is transparent, clean, but the entrance is inconvenient because of the pebbles, there are pebbles in the water too, the legs get stuck, the depth is immediately 2-3 meters from the shore. Sun beds, awnings, beach towels, there were enough places. The food is, let's say, normal, like in a pretty decent Soviet canteen, that you can always find something to eat, but with food there is room to grow, this is for sure. Beautiful (small) territory, well-groomed, excellent staff, very clean, very quiet, I really liked the massage (paid 2 thousand / 30 minutes). For me personally, the disadvantage was that instead of blankets (they are not given)it is necessary to sleep under a terry sheet, as it is called. In fact, this is a rather thin large terry towel, in mid-September it was already cold to sleep under it, I had to close all the windows and sleep in the stuffiness, although I really wanted to sleep at least with the windows open and breathe the wonderful healthy air, which is really wonderful there.

Probably the best recommendation is that in February we already booked a room for September! )) I will add my review after the 2023 vacation. We were with my wife at this hotel in September 2022, 2023 and will arrive this year. I read the reviews, it feels like they are writing about some other hotel! About water - in the first year we learned at the reception that the water in the hotel is filtered from its well. They drank it normally, they didn't buy bottled water - everything is fine. The cleaning was of high quality both times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't understand about the lack of parking at all! I always put the car under our balcony on the territory, we left and arrived when we needed to. And we always leave home at 5 a.m. - the security opens the gate without any problems! And there is an indoor heated pool!

The hotel is not in the city center, but on the outskirts. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the city by minibus. Either 100 rubles or 50 rubles for whoever you get.

Three of the family got sick with rotavirus, and it's scary, with a temperature under 39, you can forget about doctors, there is devastation everywhere, the nearest normal pharmacy is 20 km away and it doesn't work all day! The hotel has a beach for its guests...but the disadvantage is that the beaches in Abkhazia are public, and those who want to relax freely use the hotel's sun loungers. Maybe it's better to put up an ad not about a fine, but about paid sun beds? I doubt they will want to use it for money. Again, the profit to the hotel))). The food, of course, leaves much to be desired, we were not hungry, there are no complaints, but this year it is somehow very economical, every year the food gets worse and worse (((. And the Hotel is definitely 10 out of 10!!!

We were in 2019. The hotel is located in the village, the city can be reached in 30-40 minutes, but the road is so-so. There is a pine grove and a city beach nearby. Nice clean and well-maintained area. Access to a private beach, sun beds, umbrellas, the beach is quite clean. The staff drives those who come in from the side from the sun beds. There is an indoor pool and a small gym. The room stock is tired)) The food in the dining room is terrible. You can only have breakfast more or less, lunch and dinner are cheap canteen! There was a small grill bar on the territory, that's where we had dinner.

The hotel is beautiful, the area is fabulous. There is a parking lot, a tennis court, a playground, sun beds under a canopy on the beach, guest houses for richer people. There is one drawback – a mountain river flows nearby and when the current turns away from it towards the beach, the water becomes cool. And last year, after a heavy downpour, there was a lot of clay in the water all night. But, fortunately, it was already possible to swim in the evening. And the next day everything was clean again.

Rested in early October 2023. The hotel, according to reviews:and vacationers here earlier, was much better in everything The price today does not correspond to the services provided. The food is monotonous, there is no fish, beef on the menu; mainly chicken and pork. )))) Most of all, I was not satisfied with the fact that they placed us (2 women) in a room with one double bed, although they asked for 2 separate ones. There is no entertainment. There are, of course, advantages, namely:1) the sea is clean, there are few people, sun beds are free); 2) the hotel territory is well-groomed, with a beautiful park of coniferous trees; 3) daily cleaning and linen change are carried out in the rooms (thanks to the maid Lily!); 4) I would also like to mention the waitress girls, friendly and diligent. Conclusion: despite the positive moments of rest, , , there is no desire to return here again (if nothing changes).

Very nice hotel - small, but everything is there. The cuisine is beyond praise, homemade, delicious. A small well-groomed park, canopies on the beach, though a little, and in the heat it's a minus, sun beds are free for hotel guests. A bar with food and drinks near the beach. Of the minuses, evening leisure is not organized in any way, but the indoor pool works almost around the clock

We stayed at the hotel from 08/07/24 to 08/14/24, everything is fine, I liked everything. We packed in a hurry and forgot 2 T-shirts, 2 shorts and jeans in the closet in the room. We called the hotel, asked if it was possible to send it by mail at our expense or with vacationers to Moscow, but they said they were not sending anything, come and pick it up yourself. Excellent hotel,excellent staff,helpful,friendly. Clean, three meals a day, varied food (buffet). The location of the hotel is excellent, near a shop, a small market with local products (spices, tea, wines, churchkhela, fruits). I would like to visit it again.

Great hotel. Nice rooms, clean, change of towels every day, linen is changed every 3 days, in the room, bathrobes, slippers, refrigerator. The food is decent (if you are not picky), coffee is, however, instant (there is no coffee machine), but they brew coffee for a fee according to the Oriental. Among the disadvantages: if you arrive later than the end of dinner, you will not be fed, and if you leave early for excursions, lunch boxes are also not provided. There are also no coolers with water (you need to buy bottled water). The territory is small, but very cozy, the beach is clean, equipped with sun beds and canopies. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to Pitsunda by minibus. From entertainment - nothing (maybe they were out of season). Prices are mainly Moscow, payment in cash or by transfer. In general, the hotel is not bad, the place is too (if you go for a relaxing holiday). We had a rest in the second half of September 2022
