Excellent swimming pool with small and large bowls, 2 saunas with steam rooms, warm changing rooms (+28), gym (although the equipment is tired), table tennis, sushi bar (pizzeria), self-service coffee shop. Everything is clean and quiet, sociable staff, low attendance. And all this is quite affordable! The main disadvantage is that the RECOVERY SYSTEM in the large bowl is NOT ADJUSTED, the air supply deflectors are directed to 1-2 tracks. Therefore, if you want to swim comfortably, take 3-6 lanes.

Nice pool. It's a pretty big locker room.. there are always empty cupboards. If you come at a time when the children are not training, then great! The tracks are not overloaded and you can spend time usefully. Well, and vice versa, when training is the best thing for children, it doesn't matter to ordinary visitors.. this creates a number of problems for adults... You can't get stuck on the tracks from time to time.. The advantages include the presence of a gym, which is almost always empty.. There is a massage room, but there are no massage therapists))) But the sushi bar "Capybara", located inside the "Dolphin", is at a height.. It's delicious, and there are almost always places. Attentive and courteous staff. I took a subscription for 8 visits. The price is 32 rubles. Overall, the quality is much higher than the price.

I put one star because the pool is dirty, cockroaches are running around the women's locker room, there is a nail or rebar sticking out on the 6th track near the stairs, the lockers are broken, the shower is broken, there is rust under the stairs in the pool.

The gym is enough for me. I do not visit the pool. I would like to note that the simulators are already very worn, but it does not affect the training mood in any way. Sometimes the music is such that not everyone likes it, it's closer to a quibble.

Great pool! Always clean, good staff! Children often train, but the coach will always free up the track for you without any problems. They come in strictly on time, there is no accumulation of people in the shower before leaving. There is also a gym, billiards. It's great to relax! I recommend it!

I go there for the gym. The gym equipment is old, it feels as if the gym will soon fall apart and/or turn into a basement rocking chair. The management needs to do something about it. And the pool itself is good.
