honestly expected much more from a hotel carrying the Dedeman name. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had in Turkey. The biggest problem is clearly the lack of staff. Employees are trying their best, but it is obvious that one person is forced to do the work of two or even more people. Especially the housekeeping staff looked extremely exhausted. Imagine one person being responsible for an entire floor with many rooms — this is simply unfair for the employees and negatively affects the service quality. The rooms were generally clean, and I appreciate the effort of the cleaning staff. However, the hotel management seriously needs to improve staffing and organization. Another shocking point: there was no Turkish coffee available. I am in Turkey, staying at a Turkish hotel, and I could not even find Turkish coffee. That alone says a lot. The food was average at best. Not terrible, but definitely far below expectations. Do not expect high-quality dining or a luxury experience. The TV channels in the rooms were also problematic. Many channels did not work properly, including several Turkish channels. Ironically, I can watch more Turkish channels in Germany than here in Turkey. Also, the hotel is not as close to the beach as the pictures may suggest. You still need to walk around 500 meters. Entertainment is very limited as well. There is only a small area with some basic evening shows, nothing special. Honestly, I have stayed in many smaller and less famous hotels that offered much better service and atmosphere than this resort. I truly wanted to write something positive, but sadly I cannot say that I received value for the money I paid. The employees are trying hard, but the hotel management and overall organization are simply not at the level expected from the Dedeman brand.
