It's a great place. It can be difficult to find, but there are always a lot of visitors. Inside, there is a beautiful atmospheric green courtyard, where many cats live (we counted 8, but there are probably even more) - they are not arrogant, they do not grab food from the table. The food is very tasty. Especially the grilled dishes (they are cooked right in the courtyard). The prices are above average, but this is the only negative. We returned to this place with pleasure.

An amazing place in the very center of Tbilisi! We came twice, because we just couldn't find a better place! We took a mix of different types of kebabs and kebabs - it was incredibly delicious, the portion for such money was simply huge, they were cooked right in front of you in the very center of the restaurant. Georgian salad, kharcho, and grilled vegetables are also excellent. It may be a bit cold, as the whole room is outdoors, but there are outdoor heaters above all the tables. The service is also amazing - polite and unobtrusive.

How can you not fall in love with this place?! An open-air paradise, no doubt. It's not cold even in winter, there are heat guns at the tables. One of the best places we visited during this visit. The menu isn't very big, but that's a good thing - you won't get confused :) A cozy authentic place, beautiful (as a selection) polite staff, the guys speak Georgian, English, Russian. Delicious shish kebab, wine, compote, lobio, Georgian salad! I want to go back! We didn't have time to take a picture of the food :)

We stumbled upon this place by chance when we were looking for a delicious place to eat in the city center, and were very pleasantly surprised. A cozy little courtyard, which, although located in the city center, is incredibly quiet and peaceful. The place is very cozy. Lobio-a small portion, with cabbage and mchadi - 5! The Georgian salad is very good and looks great, but plastic tomatoes spoil the impression. For 20 GEL, we could have put normal ones and a small portion, by the standards of Georgia and the price. If we ignore the price - 4! If you remember the price, it's much less Pork kebab for 23 lari is a complete disappointment - dry and overcooked. 3 points maximum. Satsebels for 4 lari - totally sucks. I only tried this when I bought the cheapest discounted satsebeli in the store, and then it just sat in our refrigerator until it was thrown away. Bottom line: so-so. You can forgive an inexpensive cafe in the basement and forget about it, but not an institution with such prices (

Georgian salad with nuts is a complete delight! They also advised me to take a flatbread and sauce - it's very tasty! Barbecue, kebab is fried in front of you in the same courtyard. Delicious, juicy, satisfying. Attentive and friendly staff, it feels like you are visiting friendly hosts. The wine is delicious, you want to sit there for hours, enjoying the feeling of old Tbilisi. Deda is a restaurant where Tbilisi manifests itself in all its lively, slightly hooligan glory. It is hidden in the courtyard of an old house, and it is this place that gives it a special charm: there are traces of time around, rough walls, as if dozens of stories have passed, and in the middle of it all there is comfort, smoke and heat from an open grill. The creators didn't disguise anything: instead of a perfect renovation, there was an atmosphere, instead of a gloss, there was a soul. The grill here is the center of the universe. There is a kebab man behind him, a real artist in his field. He jokes with the guests, controls the fire like an orchestra conductor, and cooks so that the air is filled with the aroma of meat and spices. Shish kebab, lula, vegetables — everything comes out of the fire with perfect roasting and honest taste. The interior is simple but harmonious: wooden tables, soft light, a little smoke and the feeling of a real Tbilisi courtyard. And a separate detail is the family of cats who live here as full—fledged owners. They walk between the tables, receive affection and seem to guard the soul of the establishment. Of course, there are disadvantages: it can be noisy in the evening, and the "unrepaired" surroundings can confuse those who are accustomed to impeccable polish. But Deda isn't about polish — it's a place about life, about taste, and about fire that can't be faked. Bottom line: Deda is a restaurant for those who want to feel the real Tbilisi: warm, sincere, a little chaotic, but sincere. People come here for the aroma of the grill, for the lively atmosphere and for the feeling that you are visiting old friends.

Getting to the construction sites and road repairs wasn't easy, but the pesto is worth it. Very tasty cuisine: we had lamb kebab, chicken in cream sauce (I don't remember the exact name), Georgian salad - everything is very tasty. The staff is very friendly, speaks Russian and advised us to have excellent wine. This restaurant is a kingdom of slightly warmed-up cats, I think the cat lovers will like it. It's a very interesting place. The cafe is located on the street behind the facade of the falling wall. It's atmospheric inside. The trick of this place is the barbecue, which is cooked in front of you. The staff is pleasant, speaks Russian and English well. The meat is delicious, but I won't say. that's something special, but homemade salad and lemonade are very tasty. You're sitting outside and, accordingly, there are no air conditioners - you had to be prepared for this. It is definitely worth visiting this place.

Open-air theater in the center of Tbilisi I found this place on maps when preparing a trip - good reviews, interesting photos. And it turned out to be one of the best solutions. You enter through the gates of a ruined building (next to the cat, obviously the guard of the place), and you enter a completely different world. There are beautiful awnings in the open air, and in the center there is a barbecue area with a chef who cooks right in front of you. The tables on the grand staircase are like in an amphitheater. A few cats are basking on the rocks. It's 13 degrees outside, but the heaters are positioned so that they don't spoil the interior. It's not just a restaurant, it's a theater created by people who looked at the devastation and said, "There will be magic here." The staff are very nice people, it seems like a family. Not everyone speaks Russian, but they help and smile. We ordered chicken kebab, wine and chacha. We waited for about 30 minutes, but time flew by - we had fun with the cats, watched how they cook on the grill. The shish kebab is soft and delicious. The chacha is strong, as expected. Pros: unique atmosphere, delicious food, courteous staff, cats, open skies, good heaters, reasonable prices, chef cooks in front of your eyes. Cons: I didn't find it. It should be amazing here in summer. Even in December, it's magical. 100% is my recommendation. Required to visit.

It's a great place. Interesting design of the hall. Delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. My wife and I had two salads (green and john-jolie salad), fried trout and shish kebab. Great place! Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere and beautiful views, the waiters are all polite and know Russian. I recommend kharcho and traditional shorties for food (they are served warm here), be sure to try a green salad and, of course, lula (the meat is very tasty). I love this place! And the people working here are wonderful!!!! That's really a 10/10 staff! Very nice guys! They make delicious chicken kebabs here! But one day I was probably unlucky and the shish kebab turned out to be just not tasty at all! I swallowed it hungry, even though I winced, but my wife didn't - they fed it to the cats. Besides, I won't say that it's not fresh. It just doesn't taste good. But it was only like this once. The waiter noticed that something was wrong, asked, apologized many times, charmed with a beautiful smile and poured some tinctures on the house. Good job with reviews! I would also have removed the dish from the bill - it would have been a great job. But no. Still, I don't want to take away the stars - that's 5! But in advance. I want to believe that this is just an isolated incident. Deda has conquered me! I don't want to notice the disadvantages! Only the advantages!

The kitchen was disappointing. The kebab is so full of spices that the taste of meat is not felt. Vegetables on the grill are the same story. The portions are small. Like everyone writes, the place is authentic, colorful, period. The kids are delighted with the desserts, the wine is great. The khinkali from baranena was brought over-salted, you can only eat it with a beer starter, but this is not a pub. They asked me to change it , and after removing all the meat , they changed it to beef. So there's a lot of de sodi , but it's already bearable. I waited for the first portion and then the second, eventually I ate in 40 minutes.😒 the result left hungry. We were a family, we ordered decently. There was no place to sit in the aisle, but that's okay. At the request to transfer, at a special table. They said it was booked. After sitting for 30 minutes, they left, and no one took these tables 😄 It's a twofold feeling, and everyone is welcome, but no one will move for your comfort either. Then the shish kebab was not served with forks😄 And the finish didn't bring the 2nd beer, they forgot.
