I ask you to consider the situation that occurred at the doctor's appointment with Eleonora Kasfmovna, which took place on 07/14/25 ,2:30 p.m. The doctor refused to look at my recent test results, citing the lack of a previous conclusion, which, in my opinion, is not a valid reason for refusing a consultation. In addition, the doctor behaved extremely arrogantly, did not take into account the fact that I did not have her report in my hands, although she could look at the notes on her computer, and also refused to enter into my position. This attitude deeply upset me: I came to the reception, hoping for professional help and advice, in the heat, having waited in line for 45 minutes, but instead received formal and cold treatment. It is a pity that a clinic with low prices has such an attitude towards patients.
