The only thing that confused me was that at the first consultation there was some young guy, he looked at the CT scan and didn't really say anything, they took a thousand, but they said, make an appointment with the head doctor (Denis Alexandrovich). Instead, I underwent a CT scan for 3,000 rubles and listened to a long (highly professional) lecture on implants, modern methods of dental treatment and treatment, for which I then had to pay 3,600 rubles. When asked how to proceed with tooth extraction, I received the answer that I first need to clean my teeth (5000 rubles), and then make an appointment for removal, and perhaps they will be able to take care of my tooth within a week after the appointment. So draw your own conclusions about which wallets such a clinic is for. By the way, the next day I applied to the city's paid dentistry (Artyom and Tamansky intersection), without any problems.
