There were obvious disadvantages. The room has no shelves for clothes, only a closet with several hangers, cheap plumbing (it seems to be a new hotel, but the shower cabin does not close, and the toilet drain handle falls off), a small clothes dryer (max 2 swimsuits), only an armchair on the balcony - no table, no second armchair. An empty minibar and an offer to fill it yourself (all by yourself, all by yourself). It is not clear why the deposit is then withheld (500 baht per person per day). Pool- by 09.30, the staff sluggishly begins to lay out towels, 20 sun beds for the entire hotel (exclusively in the shade), you can sunbathe on the passage between the stairs (2 people will fit), one toilet next to the pool (without a mirror), there are no trash cans. When drunken guests decide to swim and yell in the pool at night, all sounds and music carry up to the 7th floor with an amplified echo, the staff does not react in any way. Increased audibility from the hallway. The service is 3 stars. The garbage by the pool is not cleaned, as well as used towels on the free sun beds, disgusting room cleaning. For 5 days, we never changed the foot towel, on the first day we drank tea and instant coffee, so the mugs remained unwashed for the entire stay, neither tea nor coffee was put in anymore, on the first day they took the second bathrobe and did not return it anymore, on the third day there was not a single one a large towel, garbage was taken from the trash can, and a package was left next to it. We put this garbage out the door and at 9 a.m. the next day it was still standing there. Well, the cherry on the cake is checking the room at check-out.... Fitness room with cheap exercise equipment (1 track, 1 bike..) a small room with a low ceiling, no neck. It was safe to take 3 stars in a non-chain Thai hotel for 3 times cheaper. It definitely wouldn't have been worse.
