Terrible customer orientation. I called the store, the girl answered the phone, but as soon as she heard the Russian speech, she immediately hung up. I understand that the employee is not required to speak Russian, and I have no complaints about this. However, just hanging up is extremely rude and unprofessional. It was possible to explain that the service is conducted in a different language, or suggest continuing the conversation in English. Moreover, I speak Armenian, but I wanted to communicate in Russian on this issue. This attitude left a very unpleasant impression about the store.
