4 families came to this hotel, settled on the 2nd floor in early August. We met good-naturedly, you feel at home, the chic interior from the Soviet era, we got aesthetic pleasure looking at old money, bonds, paintings. A lovely lounge with sofas for evening gatherings. A delicious hot breakfast prepared by a beautiful girl just for you, a buffet, and a kind-hearted security guard. I didn't have enough time to enjoy it, if we go to Georgia again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you, greetings from distant Tolyatti ♥️

I don't usually write reviews about hotels, but I wanted to write about this one. A wonderful little retro-style hotel in the heart of the old town. The receptionists are very attentive and caring. Our flight was delayed, they wrote and found out where we were, and we felt sincere concern. The interior of the hotel is in the Soviet style of the 60s, we really like this. The room was very clean, with a snow-white bed and a comfortable mattress. All the equipment was working. If we are in Tbilisi, we will stay only at this hotel. Thank you very much to the host and all the staff for the warm attitude and our wonderful impressions!

I recommend the David Sultan Hotel to everyone. This is a small hotel with a colorful, Georgian interior. I felt like the most important and long-awaited guest here. The hotel has a very warm, warm atmosphere, with responsive and helpful staff. You can have breakfast at the hotel, the food is simple but very tasty. Thanks a lot to the Magician for this. I also want to say a special thank you to the administrator Marina, this is the heart and soul of the hotel. We came to Tbilisi to get married. Marina helped me with a lot of issues while I was still at home. I found the most convenient options for booking rooms for us and our guests. We started the photo shoot and a small buffet at the hotel. Because it has a real family atmosphere and a memorable design. There was a surprise waiting for us in the room: a decorated bedroom, a bottle of champagne and an unlikely delicious cake. I am very glad that our new family life began in this hotel.

Of course, if you want, you can find fault with the mixer and something else, but all the minor disadvantages outweigh the big advantages.Now if it's in Tbilisi, then only there.

The hotel is located in the very center of Tbilisi, in the historical district, a 5-minute walk from Freedom Square. The rooms are small, the prices are very reasonable. The hotel needs to update furniture, plumbing and household appliances. Not everyone will like the lighting in the rooms and corridors. There are breakfasts. They are not bad, but very indistinguishable. If a person stays here for a week, then from about 3 days it will become difficult for him to have breakfast. In general, the hotel is a good option for those who want to spend a couple of days in Tbilisi on a budget and unpretentiously.

Hospitable staff, clean, problems with electricity, when you turn on the kettle or refrigerator, the TV goes out, sockets are not very neatly screwed on, chandeliers, the heated towel rail does not work when the heating is turned off, it is better to put an electric one so that after the rain the guest can dry wet things. The interior is in the style of the USSR. Chacha at the entrance for hotel guests. There are no cereal bowls at breakfast and it is unclear what to pour them with, there is no warm milk. The pancakes were cold. Tea is only green or with bergamot, which I do not like. Overall, it's not bad. You can ask for a map of the city. Duvet covers are not the size of a blanket. Old shoe sponges.
