Not a pleasant saleswoman. Dear Management! I would like to inform you about an unpleasant situation that occurred in your store late in the evening. Or rather, on November 21, 2025, around 6 p.m. When I entered the sales area, I said hello and asked the seller if he was still working. The answer was given with obvious hostility: "Well, yes, as you can see." Despite this, I continued to communicate and asked about the availability of cheese. The employee mentioned one specific option. When I asked if there was another type of cheese (for example, Black Prince or something similar), the seller replied irritably: "I told you to eat with nuts," ignoring my question and clearly showing unwillingness to help. Realizing that they did not want to sell me anything and did not intend to communicate politely, I was forced to end the dialogue and leave the store. Please pay attention to the quality of the service and work with the employee. This attitude scares away customers and spoils the impression of your store.
