In this store, I made a pre-order for a bouquet at the right time (I received an SMS with the order number), when I came to pick up, the right color of roses was not available. After standing in line for about half an hour, I was told that my bouquet had not been collected. The florist, without informing me that there were no necessary flowers, began to collect a bouquet at her discretion, which did not suit me. I was late for the event because of this. We will not return to this store again. It is unclear why they take pre-orders.
