About the packaging: they wrapped only the buds and leaves themselves in cellophane, only the top, and the legs stuck out in all directions. It looked like some kind of weed bushes sticking out of a bag, rather than a bouquet. This kind of packaging, even in cellophane, looked unsightly. I had to ask her to wrap the flowers completely, along with the legs, so that it would look at least a little like a bouquet of flowers. And they wrapped it anyway so that I had to fix it myself. I just had to take this bouquet, I was in a hurry. Yes, I did not buy a bouquet of 101 roses and not the most expensive, but this is not a reason to treat it that way. Neither prompt, nor help, nor arrange a bouquet, just the silence is deaf. I wanted to please a person, but I left the store with the desire to throw this bouquet in the trash.
