There is no window in the kitchen. the air conditioners of the external unit are brought out of the room onto the loggia, and the loggias here are glazed and if the air conditioner is turned on, then there is a real sauna on the loggia. The rooms are not large, about 12 sq. m., floor-to-ceiling Windows. It is close and convenient to walk to the sea. Carrefour is nearby. I have never seen queues for the elevator, but there is a second building nearby, there is a queue there. . We were lucky there were no neighbors, but the owners of the apartment came to the next apartment and we could hear them talking. There is no sound insulation at all.

Excellent location for recreation, close to the sea, close to Carrefour. Most importantly, there is never a queue for elevators. On the downside, it is extremely difficult to find a parking spot in the evening and at night. View from the balcony (13th floor) in the photo.

It's a great place. The very center of new Batumi. Everything is within walking distance. The sea, the promenade, shops. Beautiful photo locations, restaurants. One problem is parking. There are almost none of them.
