We were in Mestia, we tried the 2024 unboiled vintages from Danielş: 1. Full-bodied, dry, low-acidity, very tannic Kisi from kvevri (confident 4.0 according to Vivino) 2. really outstanding aged (in an oak barrel for at least six months, judging by the organoleptics) Saperavi has a rich fruity aroma, medium, balanced acidity, and a powerful aftertaste with dried cherries and smoke. Well done, great job! We will try to come and get to know you personally after Rtveli-2025.
