We would like to leave a review about our stay at the Damka Guest House in August 2025. Many thanks to host Vartan for his hospitality and comfort! We had a suite with a bathroom, everything was clean, the kitchen was shared with refrigerators, a microwave, an oven, a kettle, you can cook and sit there. The room has air conditioning, TV, Wi fi works perfectly. Going down from the house to the beach, you will find a clear sea and few people on it, which was very important for us, there are shops and cafes down the street. The location is convenient, you can drive or walk in half an hour to both Novaya and Staraya Gagra. We are very glad that we stayed in this guest house with such hosts! Thank you, Vartan! And cool dog Archie!

The best guest house in Gagra. Very cozy, new, sterile clean, literally everything is thought out here for the little things so that the guests can have a pleasant rest. There are even sports equipment, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, a push-up stand, a horizontal bar, which my son was very happy about. The kitchen is spacious, with a huge window with a magnificent view of the sea, (I post a photo)it is equipped with literally everything necessary even for the most experienced housewives. Very good new dishes, pots, pans. It's a pleasure to eat or drink tea in such a kitchen. Two large modern refrigerators, a gas and electric oven, and a microwave. Very good rooms for every taste and budget, from economy to large family suites. We lived in a 2-bed suite. The room is lovely, cozy, everything is brand new, modern furniture, new, sparkling clean plumbing, good bed linen and towels. Everything is done with care for the guests, starting with stylish lamps near the bed, ending with a hairdryer in the bathroom. They are very good, kind and helpful hosts, they will always ask if everything is okay, they will meet you halfway and help you in any situation. Good location, the sea is nearby, but at the same time the house is quiet and peaceful, you can not hear music at night from cafes, there are many shops, canteens, cafes, entertainment. cinema by the sea, Ferris wheel. Nice beaches where there are not so many people. Everything is completely consistent with the photo and description, and even better in fact, which is rarely seen. We are very grateful to the wonderful Vartan family, where everyone is very polite and friendly, from young to old, and welcomes you as good friends. It will be a great pity to leave this paradise, but we definitely want to return with our whole family. I'll add to the review, before we left, we were also given a whole huge armful of bay leaves. Enough for the whole family and friends. Come to Damka, it's a great place to relax.

We had a rest in this guest house Damka. Everything is just great. The rooms are clean, everything you need is there: air conditioning, TV, all necessary furniture. Everything is new. The view from the window is amazing, I posted the photo. In the morning it is pleasant to have breakfast and admire the sea. Vartan and his wife Manana are very hospitable hosts. They are always interested in whether everything is fine, they respond to any request. The kitchen and bathroom are always clean and tidy. I advise you to visit the Damka guest house!!!
