Absolutely everything is terrible: from cleaning to food. There is dirt and dust in the room, and the bed linen is stale. The condition of the plumbing is frightening: the toilet is dripping, the faucet in the bathroom is leaking. I was outraged by the "self-service": I had to take the blanket out of the closet and fill it myself, while it was all stained. The marking was held up by snot, eventually it fell out. And the cherry on the cake is a twisted hair in sausages. The only advantage is the friendly staff. There is an unpleasant musty smell in the hall, and the carpet is dirty. It seemed that we were deliberately isolated on an empty floor, even though the hotel was occupied. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, great location. The breakfasts are homemade, the staff is friendly, Russian-speaking, they will always tell you where to go, where to buy or see! One disadvantage is that there is very good audibility and apparently wooden floors! We lived alone for a few days, there was silence, but as soon as the "wonderful" neighbors were settled from above, the nighttime fun began! But overall, everything was great.
