“Daididau” is not just a restaurant — it’s a symphony, where every note is full of flavor. The menu feels like an art gallery: everything is thoughtful, elegant, and aesthetically pleasing. When the dishes arrived, I paused — I didn’t want to disturb the beauty on the plate. The taste… refined, creative, and truly exceptional. This isn’t just cuisine — it’s art. From the very beginning, I was greeted with warmth and genuine kindness. The manager came over with a gentle smile and spoke in a calm, welcoming manner. And the waiter — like an ambassador of Kazakh culture — passionately shared the story of beshbarmak: what the word means, why the dish is called that, and the traditions behind it. It felt like a small ceremony, and I deeply appreciated it. 😊 The attitude of the entire staff was another pleasure in itself — respectful, courteous, lighthearted. You feel not like a mere visitor, but a truly welcome guest. The idea of using gifted musical instruments from different countries as part of the decor is a graceful touch. The manager mentioned that one of them should be a duduk… I looked for it but couldn’t find it. Still, the thought itself was beautiful. The color palette is my favorite: soft, calming, muted tones that make you want to sink in and relax. Everything here speaks of taste, elegance, and deep respect for culture.

Also that evening, there were a group of women there, apparently from the same family, of different ages, and all in gorgeous national costumes with beautiful hairstyles and makeup- it was so beautiful, but I was too shy to ask for a picture, which I regret now.

Not bad in our opinion. The design is beautiful and appropriate. The staff is quite attentive and customer-oriented. It wouldn't be bad to have a membership card to earn bonuses. I was in Kazakhstan for the first time, I heard a lot about the delicious local cuisine. A special place is given to meat dishes, which I really wanted to try., The interior is bright, not very modern. The restaurant feels like a big wedding. A table with a big foot interferes with a comfortable leg position. The service is the most wonderful and it is the service that deserves the highest praise. The staff has 5 stars Meal I had dinner and lunch at the restaurant. I ordered horse meat for the first time and was disappointed. The meat was simply boiled, tasteless and very dense. Tea with aloe, honey and grapes is the most delicious tea I've ever drunk. Local triangular shaped airy buns were served with sour cream - very tasty. My second visit was the next day at lunchtime. And without taking any chances, I ordered a green salad, the already familiar tea and steak. And it was a complete disappointment (((. The meat is not tasty! It just didn't taste like a fragrant steak. But the portion sizes are gigantic. Obviously not for one person. Kazakhstan is famous for its delicious meat, but unfortunately I cannot confirm this. For 4 days, I haven't been able to really get excited about eating.

Unhurried, quiet, warm and flavorful with a variety of dishes from the aura national cuisine. Cool baursaks, excellent cheese, and delicious European dishes like ratatouille and trout. However, I was disappointed by the taste of the dish - ravioli, I do not recommend it. Polite and unobtrusively helpful service. The average check for two adults and two children was 13 thousand tenge.

Over the past 5 years, this was my first vacation when I was without a laptop, I didn't answer anyone's calls or messages, and I only needed my phone to book excursions, entertainments, and set walking routes. And I am very grateful to her for that. No unnecessary information noise. Everything is clean. Spacious halls, high ceilings, beautiful interior, easy and free breathing. The music is beautiful and unobtrusive. The restaurant is steeped in culture! The food is delicious, the serving is beautiful. Serving according to all the rules of etiquette. I usually find it difficult to relax in restaurants, especially with a child. As a rule, we very often experience food discomfort after different establishments. I don't know why. But not in Daididau. I can definitely say that this restaurant can be trusted. No tension. No worries. It's very atmospheric. Very emotional. There's something very magical and elusive, yet so everyday. It's an amazing place. Special thanks to everyone who welcomed us into each parish as family. I can't say that they are polite staff. They are more than just polite staff: kind, attentive, economical, caring. In general, they deeply touched my heart. They fell in love very much. I will remember with warmth and dream of returning. I recommend it without hesitation!

The cuisine is excellent, very tasty, the chef is a master of his craft, the service is wonderful, although the arrangement of the tables is not as we would like, we had to insist on our own.
