We went there every day before breakfast to swim and meet the sunrise. The hotel is new with no signs of "fatigue". The lobby is large and beautiful. There is a souvenir shop and expensive wood products, an ice cream outlet, and hotel guides. By the way, a hotel guide is a good concept from a tour operator, at least in this hotel. He is at his workplace from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., speaks Russian. Through it, you can solve various household issues: taxi, put yuan on alipay, buy a discounted ticket for dinner, connect the Internet, public transport, etc. She told us where the local fruit market was. The sale of excursions is handled by another guide. The rooms are modern, with a large balcony and a good view of the park and the bay, especially from our 20th floor. The only thing that was unusual was getting out of the shower directly into the room, i.e. there is no separate place to undress / get dressed. But that's how it often works in China, they said. Upon check-in, we were presented with a plate of fruit and a beach bag. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, tea, coffee. Every day we changed 4 large towels, two small ones, bathrobes, brought new slippers, toothbrushes, combs, shampoo, etc. The reception service is fast, clear, and courteous. Communication is done through a translator on a smartphone. There is one Russian employee. The restaurant is large. There have always been places, there are enough staff, they work quickly. The choice of dishes is varied, of course, with a Chinese twist, but without "fanaticism", "Europe" is also present. Everyone will find the right food for themselves (there is only cheese, they haven't even seen it in stores). I recommend noodles (4 types) in broth with herbs. The cook is cooking at the entrance right in front of you. Then you can add a hot dressing sauce of your choice to your liking. The beach is big and clean. There are practically no umbrellas or sun beds. There are places under palm trees, you can sit in chairs in a cozy cafe. There are no changing rooms or showers either. The bathing areas are fenced with ropes. In principle, it does not bother. During rush hours, it can be crowded right by the shore. But there is plenty of room for those who swim further away. The promenade passes through numerous cafes in the shade of palm trees. Every day and especially in the evening, you can see a lot of Chinese dancing to a variety of music, including right under the windows of the hotel. You can participate yourself). There are also many tents in the evening where mini kebabs are prepared (7-9 yuan), etc. P.S. If you fly with Aeroflot from the Russian Federation, I recommend paying extra for early check-in when buying a tour. They will immediately check into the room and there will be breakfast. Otherwise, you will have to survey the surroundings for up to 2 hours. On departure (by Aeroflot), hand luggage was not weighed, a fruit box (~8kg) was transported in addition to hand luggage, no one found fault. At check-in, airport staff offer to hand over lighters and water bottles. The powerbank (without the CCC label) was looked at and returned.

Upon check-in, they give you a plate of fruit, and bring a cake to your room on your birthday. One of the disadvantages is the toilet / shower in the room, strange structures with glass doors, inconvenient. There are no shelves in the closet to put things out. Deposit upon check-in, which is refunded after checking the room when you leave. The most profitable currency exchange is to buy yuan in Russia for rubles. Guides change 1 yuan = 13 rubles. 1 dollar = 7 yuan, 1 euro= 8 yuan. We only took breakfast and didn't regret it. There are many places around where you can eat to suit all tastes and budgets. You can buy a seafood buffet dinner at the hotel, 140 yuan per person. But we paid 150-200 in a cafe for two people with drinks, ate too much, and took it with us) so we never left the restaurants for dinner at the hotel. I can recommend Dadonghai Cafe and Panda cafe. We went to Lina's cafe a couple of times, it was cheap, but the landing was uncomfortable, there was an eternal queue and not everything was delicious. We've been to the Freegen bar a couple of times on the waterfront, the atmosphere is very good, the cocktails and food are super delicious.
