Joseph Stalin's summer cottage in Tskaltubo is an abandoned state cottage located on the outskirts of the city, hidden from view by trees and bushes. The area is fenced, no guards were seen. There were cattle and dogs. Stalin did not live here for a long time, but came occasionally when he visited the Tskaltuba radon baths. The decision to build the cottage was made in 1931, when Stalin first came to Tskaltubo. It was built in 1940 by architect Nikolai Severov. A two-storey building with five rooms. It is completely destroyed at the moment. Also, there are many other buildings on the territory, they are also abandoned. After Stalin's death, she was in the secret territory of the KGB sanatorium. In 2019, the cottage was sold. The cottage is located on a high hill among coniferous trees, facing east. A fountain remains in front of the facade, and the base of the gazebo remains a little ahead.
