After discussing the length, I was ordered to wash my hair. The master did it so casually that my forehead was flooded and water began to run down my face. While washing, the master pulled her hair very hard and clung to either her nails or something else, pulling out a few hairs. After shampooing, we moved on to a haircut, I have no questions about this stage, the haircut is really smooth and high-quality, but instead of 5-7 centimeters, I got a square haircut. After that, I went to pay for the order, where they told me that my hair was considered "Super long" by the prices of this salon and instead of 45p, they tore off 51p even for the wrong length that I wanted. I paid by asking the question: "Is short hair for a boy?" - to which they agreed, and I left. For your consideration, I will attach two photos below: the first one before the haircut; the second, the haircut itself immediately after the exit. Judge for yourself, but I'm not going to this barbershop anymore.

If it were possible to put 0 stars, they would get them with such "professionals". At the time of recording, I had two injured nails, which, as it turned out, had a partially cracked plate after removal (the second nail was in hellish pain throughout the removal - they continued to injure the nail). After removing the nail plate on all the nails, the pieces were removed to the red color of the meat, which remain visible after a week and under a double protective layer of fortifier, the cuts left from the cutter on the nails are visible, which should not be. As a result, I can't let alone grow my nails, even paint them with gel polish, and I have to grow my nails back to normal for 3 months (go to the doctor, go to the sea with damaged nails). Also, the extension agent was not completely removed on 3-4 nails.

She couldn't determine my hair tone, so she showed me roughly and told me to choose. I wanted to get advice on choosing a color and warned the administrator about it when recording. Instead of analyzing my appearance, she just looked at the bunches of hair in a magazine and told me which colors she liked and which she didn't. As a result, at least they chose something. I asked for a good paint so that it would not wash out over time (well, at least for six months), as a result, now I see that there is practically nothing left of that paint, the tips are all white and washed off. We'll have to repaint it soon. Moreover, the master sprayed paint in all directions, applied it carelessly, and while painting, she was always distracted by the TV series and sang songs and laughed to herself. And I was just sitting in a chair in shock) By the way, my hair was burned. I'm treating split ends now.

If you go for a manicure, be prepared to sniff someone's smelly feet. The reviews say they allegedly offer coffee, so during the 3 hours I was in this place, I was not offered a cup of coffee, although there was no one else in the salon, and the receptionist could at least ask instead of sharpening her teeth. They cut the ends a little and that was the end of the haircut (((Then they started drying my hair and styling it, although there was no question of styling, the master noted that it was free (as I understand the compliment from the institution) in the middle I stopped the girl and asked if the length would go the higher the shorter, on what followed was the answer "yes, but we didn't do it very short, as the hair will rise and look like a curly hat" at this point it became clear that the master was completely incompetent in this area! The rest of the staff (administrators) They also did not distinguish themselves by their professionalism. As a result, I went to this institution to wash my hair and style my hair for 48 rubles (which I didn't even ask for!) To say that the evening was ruined is just to keep silent, although I came here thinking that the praise that was described to me about this place was not taken out of thin air. Everything is very democratic for such a level of services, the average price does not hit the wallet at all.
