The one who took the call started telling me about some kind of stretched chain, instead of listening to the reason for the appeal. After listening to all his problems, he gave me the floor and I explained to him that the new equipment with a mileage of 10 m / h that worked perfectly, when transported 700 km, began to stall at idle and there most likely to twist a screwdriver a little and everything will be fine, for any organization that repairs motorcycles this is a trivial matter. Instead, I also had to listen to a bunch of unnecessary information that does not relate to motorcycles at all. Of course, I am extremely upset by such a collective farm approach of the person who took the call, instead of a constructive answer "bring it, we'll see how we can help you on the spot", I had to listen to all his life problems.
