I visited CU about a week ago and was very satisfied with the service. There was a guy with glasses working at the checkout — just great! He served very quickly and at the same time managed to work at two cash desks at once. I explained everything clearly and in detail, helped to sort out the nuances without too much haste. I wish there was such an approach to customers everywhere — it's nice when employees really know their job and treat customers with respect. Excellent service, thank you!

We bought lemonade in bags and glasses with ice, we paid for everything, but when we started pouring, it turned out that there was a crack at the bottom of the glass and everything started pouring onto the table. None of the 4! The staff did not offer any help or exchange glasses for normal ones, there is no desire to return to this store.
